The nitrous was 1/3 of the cost of the other office I went to and my crown was extremely reasonably priced. I had to wait 30 minutes for my appointment, which was a little frustrating but I am glad I did. I have good teeth overall except for I'd like to get them cleaned every few months due to a bracket being in my mouth permanently from braces. The doctor ended up cleaning my teeth and I felt like she did a very thorough job. Got my regular dental exam and x-rays. Everything was a breeze. Will definitely be back. Good cleaning job!

No one in the office informed him of this prior to his visit though they had seen the insurance he had and the name of the dentist he had an appointment with. He attempted to place a crown on my back molar over and over again--at least six times. Every time I tried to eat, I braced myself. Without fail, the crown would pop off. I started to dread meals and honestly began to feel like I was losing my mind. Finally, I decided enough was enough. A coworker recommended Dr. West, and that referral changed everything. Dr. West listened, assessed the situation, and placed a new crown--successfully--on the very first attempt. No repeated visits. No more anxiety every time I ate. Just relief.
