The clinic is short-staffed, its response time is sub-standard, and its financial department appears not to function. I encountered these problems after a failed implant procedure in December 2024. My dental insurance partially covered this, and I paid the rest. Dr. Shah suggested she would do a complimentary 'courtesy' gum procedure instead, as a credit for the failed implant. However, after obtaining second opinions, I decided not to proceed with the gum procedure and requested reimbursement instead. I informed Dr. Shah on September 22, 2025. On November 4th, Dr. Shah emailed me, saying that she would look into the billing because they had been short-staffed, which is why there was a delay. I sent Dr. Shah a reminder on February 4, 2026 (three months later), but I still haven't heard back. It appears that the staffing issues continue. BEWARE when you select a clinic!

Vecchione of Budd Lake was temporarily suspended from his practice in August 2016 amid allegations that he failed to maintain sanitary conditions at his surgical office, according to the release. He allegedly did this EVEN AFTER the state Department of Health associated "breaches of infection prevention practices" at his office with 15 cases of bacterial endocarditis contracted by patients he treated between 2012 and 2014.
