Dr. Shah's clinic is very modern and well-equipped. Everybody is generally friendly, but there are…read moreproblems! The clinic is short-staffed, its response time is sub-standard, and its financial department appears not to function. I encountered these problems after a failed implant procedure in December 2024. My dental insurance partially covered this, and I paid the rest. Dr. Shah suggested she would do a complimentary 'courtesy' gum procedure instead, as a credit for the failed implant. However, after obtaining second opinions, I decided not to proceed with the gum procedure and requested reimbursement instead. I informed Dr. Shah on September 22, 2025. On November 4th, Dr. Shah emailed me, saying that she would look into the billing because they had been short-staffed, which is why there was a delay. I sent Dr. Shah a reminder on February 4, 2026 (three months later), but I still haven't heard back. It appears that the staffing issues continue. BEWARE when you select a clinic!

I had not been advised of this prior to my appointment but thought he must of had an emergency and this was a one off. Yesterday I had an appointment at 10:30 with Dr Campolattaro and after the cleaning was told Dr Campolattaro was not yet in and to wait in the waiting room for his arrival. I paid for the visit and made my next appointment and went to the waiting room. After waiting at least 40 minutes I went to the desk and was advised he was not going to be until 12:15 pm. I told them I had to leave for another appointment and could not wait. I was asked it I wanted to make another appointment to see the doctor. Why this was my appointment? I proceeded to my next Doctors appointment and after relaying my story he told me I should let the doctor office know how unhappy I was . Today I called and not only did I not get I am sorry I got told that when I made the appointment for yesterday I was told Dt Campollataro would not be in till 12 :15. That is just an out right lie. I do not want to spend 2 hours ( of which 1 1/2 hours waiting in the waiting room. She had no excuse why he was not there 6 months ago. So my advice to anyone if you want to pay for a periodontist do not book an appointment there before asking if the Doctor was in. I went there once and ran out of that place, he sent my insurance a bill & they paid him, then he sent me an invoice for my deductible & when I refused to pay he took me to court for under $100. He needs to retire or find a different career.
