I have PPO so generally easy to see Drs but he doesn't take it whatsoever. I told her I needed to check if I could submit it toward my deductible and she hung up on me. I called back and she didn't answer. Took a few calls until she finally did and she was very rude. I was desperate for quick treatment so I was willing to pay out of pocket but her manner was so off putting that I decided to not use this doctor.

I found Dr. Nassir through ZocDoc and decided to go with him since he seemed to receive relatively…read moregood reviews on the site. He was friendly, but his administration team was not - wait time was 1.5 hours after scheduling an appointment at 2:15 PM and the receptionist did not like to be bothered from her text messaging. Furthermore, I later received a call from the CA Diagnostic Imaging Center for a post-trauma head scan because my information was found underneath their door. I saw Dr. Nassir for basic flu treatments. Needless to say, I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon to long lines, below average customer service, and unprofessional/disorganized confidential information handling. I'm terrified to have left my information with them now.
