I was in tears, my blood pressure was very elevated due to the pain and everyone made me feel as if I was crazy and over reacting. They did not even complete the procedure because I was "unable to tolerate it". I felt that my concerns were not properly addressed so I called and scheduled a visit the following day with Rianne and I also felt confronted by the MA and staff about "why I was there". I asked for at the very least a call from the office manager or my provider once they were able to discuss what had happened I regret not filing a malpractice.
