He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions with patience. It was clear how knowledgeable and experienced he is, which gave me a lot of trust and peace of mind. I actually traveled from San Francisco to Arizona for the surgery, and the entire team went above and beyond to help make the process smooth and comfortable. They were incredibly accommodating and supportive, which made traveling for the procedure much less stressful. The whole experience felt very professional and well organized. His office and team were amazing -- always kind, responsive, and truly available whenever I needed them. Knowing that the office was reachable 24/7 gave me a lot of peace of mind throughout the process. Everyone on the team was warm, supportive, and highly professional, and I felt very well taken care of from start to finish. Marcella the nurse was amazing!! I'm very grateful for the care I received and would absolutely recommend him to anyone considering breast reduction surgery.

At the time, I was an uneducated teenager who didn't research surgeons. I ended up with implants that were too large and that I hated almost immediately. After 21 years, two children, and ongoing physical discomfort from the weight of the implants, I was ready to explant. Explant can be intimidating, as you're unsure about how much tissue you'll have left or what the results will be. For me, the added complexity of skin grafts and asymmetry made it even more daunting. I knew I needed to find the best surgeon possible to ensure I was happy with my results and that this would be my last breast surgery. I spent years researching surgeons, and although I always knew Dr. Robert Cohen was my top choice, I consulted with a few others. One surgeon warned that my skin grafts could result in severe asymmetry, and that the graft could even die. In contrast, Dr. Cohen's consultation was reassuring. He simply asked if my grafts were soft and pliable, and when I confirmed, he confidently stated that he could achieve the results I desired. His expertise and confidence gave me complete trust in my decision. Choosing Dr. Cohen was easy. I had followed his work for years and knew he was highly skilled, with a consistent track record of excellent outcomes. I trusted him to deliver the best results, and choosing him eliminated any stress or worry I had about my aesthetic outcome. Dr. Cohen was professional, confident, and direct. Two months before surgery, he drained my saline implants in a quick, painless procedure that gave me time to adjust to a smaller chest and get excited for the breast lift. Immediately after surgery, I was thrilled with the results. My breasts were round, perky, and natural-looking, with well-placed incisions that blended seamlessly with the curves of my body. Recovery was smooth, with minimal pain and no drains (unlike most explant patients). I had no complications, minimal bruising, and received excellent care and follow up from the nurses. The anesthesiologist, also Dr. Cohen, took the time to reassure me before surgery, which made me feel much more at ease. I'm grateful for his kindness. Dr. Cohen's staff was incredibly helpful and supportive, answering all my questions and guiding me every step of the way (special thanks to Laura). I feel lighter, look thinner, and my clothes fit better than ever. My breasts are fuller and more beautiful than I imagined--several friends have even commented that they look like smaller implants. Dr. Cohen is truly an artist, and I'm beyond happy with my results. My husband agrees, saying it was "money well spent!" Choose Dr. Cohen--you won't be disappointed.

I think if you are in a relationship this is probably a fine place. I, however, am not. I am single…read moreby choice for a variety of reasons. This factors in to discussions when being asked about scheduling procedures. Say, a colonoscopy. I'll circle back to that. Now, I will say people were pleasant enough. I will also say absolutely NO ONE bothered to introduce themselves to me besides the actual physician I saw. They use an automated blood pressure cuff which I absolutely loathe because I find them to be wildly inaccurate & I can never feel my fingers. On occasion, my fingers even turn blue. But hey, who's looking at that. The doctor uses AI so for transcription during the appointment so he no longer has to dictate or write & somehow the AI technology knows to stop transcribing when not discussing medical issues. On one hand, that's great because it saves time for a lot of people. On the other hand, I loathe my voice being recorded & am not looking forward to the day when there is an inevitable security breach & my private conversations with the doctor become public along with everything else. But huzzah for technology I suppose. Back to the colonoscopy appointment. This is part of adulting. Routine checks are good to make sure no polyps or cancer. I ask the doctor very specifically, is this going to be an issue because I am single & have no one to drive me or care for me. I am assured it's not an issue. People use Uber/Lyft/taxi all the time. Appointment set. Then I'm directed to the website to complete my information for the colonoscopy appointment & am met with the inevitable "You MUST have a responsible person drive you and care for you for 24 hours after the procedure". I call the endoscopy place where the appointment is & am told "it's fine, you just have to stay here until anesthesia wears off & then we'll call to check on you." Ok, but your policies & waiver say differently. Response, "no, it's fine, I can have the charge nurse call you when she's not in a room, & she'll tell you the same thing." Hours go by & no call. I call the doctors office & they also say it's fine. No, it is not fine. I'm being told to falsify documents because you verbally tell me it's ok that I don't have someone with me that I MUST have someone to care for me 24 hours after the procedure. Make it make sense. Why are you written documents, policies, & waivers saying one thing & you verbally tell me something else? I'm told someone will call me back. No call back. I call to cancel & I'm told I need to give a reason why. Here is my reason: "you are discriminating against single people." Response, "we would never..." you're right, you gave me a choice of falsifying waivers & other legal documents based on your verbal (contrary to the written word) that it would be fine to do what I needed to or I MUST impose on someone else." Thank you. Thank you for reminding me that being single can cost me medical care. Thank you for reminding me that if I falsify documents, it will be ok except for that one time it won't be but because I signed a waiver, I have no one to blame but myself. Thank you for making it abundantly clear that people who choose to be single must do without and must go without medical care because really, they're single, so who cares anyways?

Since my former dr left (Dr Jennifer Smith) I wasn't able to see one of this new dr. I have been given 3 different ones in 5 months but could not see any. Not even one hour ago I still had hope to see a new one. Nobody told me that it was a video call. How can you do a video for a patient you never saw. It is amazingly ridiculous. Are these new drs willing to work or is it just a social status: I AM A DR..... Sorry but I have been myself a dr for many years in a different country: I was at the office in person, welcoming the patients (no need of an unsmiling and seemed to be bothered person) attentive to the patient and taking time to talk to them. The attitude I encountered in this office in the last months is surprising, shameful and unacceptable. It is so far from the Hippocratic Oath that I took, that these drs took. It is amazing but when back home I went to the portal and could not get into. It took a few minutes for this unsmiling and seemed to be bothered lady to take me out of the portal, meaning I cannot get my file to go to a new dr. This lady will have another visit from me because my file belongs to me. Please AVOID this office, but anyway I don't give a long time before this office disappears. It is a shame and embarrassing for the "old Drs", they had another view and value of the medicine. A pity that I cannot give 0 star; it is what they deserve. Dr Christine Colvin
