He is a true professional and very friendly! I bought my beautiful baby in October and with it came a free tuning. The first person the store recommended was very limited on his days available, wasn't prompt in returning my call and wasn't that friendly when he did. I would never have this person tune my piano again. He seemed in a hurry. He asked if I or my grandchildren would be playing. I told him mainly my grandchildren. However, I do play it occasionally. Well, keys were left loose in several spots. He said he would have to use an expensive machine to tune it properly. However, he needed to go home to work on his house. So my wife and I bought a used piano. We have no previous experience with purchasing a piano. I got Mark's name from the phone book (yeah - the old fashioned way!). He's super nice on the phone and just as nice in person. I told him that I'd just begun to hit the keys after a long hiatus. Like I'm starting all over again. I explained that the piano was an old baby grand, and that it hadn't been tuned for a very long time and also not played that often either. A lot of the keys sounded thunky and awful. He said he'd come by and take a look. He arrived perfectly on time and tuned it the best he could considering that I didn't really want to spend a lot of money refurbishing it -- I just wanted it to sound decent -- I'm not wanting to play my piano for anyone other than myself.
