It's now been over 3 MONTHS, and I've heard absolutely nothing. Oh, except when the assistant called to ask "if I was still interested in their services. Smh. Unbelievable. Outside of that, no updates, no responses to calls or emails, no explanation. Just silence. They have completely ghosted me. At this point, I am deeply concerned that this is a scam operation. They're in possession of my full identity--Social Security number, income records, banking information--and have vanished without a trace. And if she's referring to times I had to reschedule: If you have an issue with people not showing up or rescheduling their appts then maybe you should put a policy in place to prevent that or penalize people.
