For example, on several instances Erika has relayed incorrect information to me about the proper procedures in D.C. and aggressively pushed back in writing and verbally in performing her responsibilities as realtor. - Most recently, she missed two major deadlines and left my file stale for several months. She tried to talk her way out of the responsibility, and it took several attempts for me to educate her about what she was expected to do. If it was not for my constant inquiry no movement would take place. Prior to this, she provided false information about certain DC requirements, and presented incomplete pricing information to me when she found prospective buyers of my property.
