My truck was overheating three and a half hours from home, and over an hour from where I needed to be. I limped into the service station at 4:40 on a Friday evening (20 min before closing for the weekend). Without any delay, the team got to work on my truck. They used connections to get parts very quickly and started immediately. Within an hour we were back on the road and made it, safely, to our destination for Winter Trek. Carroll, the owner, is a very down to earth person and genuine in his delivery of car services. This is not the type of place that is looking to take advantage of its customers but instead looks to attract new ones and keep the ones they have had- through being straightforward and honest. I was given a great discount on my tires and realistic feedback on the different options I had available (I had two very sketchy tires on the back of my car and two front ones that were corroded). In terms of service, this low key spot is spot on. They also offer a free car shuttle service if you need to leave your car there for a while. Overall, this auto shop is unlike many others in that they are looking to make genuine business connections with people and provide high quality auto services for them.

Is August/early September of 24 I purchased a Outlander Sport with 28K miles. For the first 5…read moremonths it was okay. I never liked the car but I figured I was stuck with it. It had no power. Than about a month ago it started to stink of exhaust fumes. It was very bad and even opening the windows did not help. The fumes came in the window as well. I was coughing and sick to my stomach at times. Also, about this same time when I stepped on the gas it made a loud noise. It was like in the old days when you needed to replace your muffler. I bring it in to have it checked. It had a warranty on it for 100k miles, so I figured they would take care of it. They deny anything is wrong with it. But, if I paid about $400 they would try something that might work, but it might not. The noise when stepping on the gass was just something that had to do with the transmission, so they said. Nothing to worry about! Maybe if a man brought it in they would have taken care of it. This place is the worst service and attitude i have ever had the misfortune I sold it going to. this morning I traded it in and purchased a 2025 Toyota Camry Hybrid. 150k or 10 years which included the hybrid battery too. I paid 6k more than the outlander sport. Worth every penny. Never again. Don't waste your time and money at this place.
