These are the folks I have seen on my appointments over the last 3 months from October, 2020 through to my last appointment on December 2, 2020. Sarah is an awesome Hygienist. Very calm and comforting, with a sense of humor and a gentle spirit. She has taking my BP several times just to help me get an average reading. Amie has been EXTREMELY patient with me as I question the bill and in trying to understand the charges. I cannot even find more complementing words to describe Ms. Laura! She works closely with Dr. Patrick and is so incredibly friendly, unmistakably professional and very understanding, gentle with patients, accommodating and conversational! I have joked with both her and Dr. Patrick on my appointments and we have enjoyed many great laughs. Nothing like loud laughter in a Dental Office I have to say!!!!. Dr Ousborne explains all services needed or recommended and which can wait. There is no rush to get you out the door. They work with you to submit your Insurance forms...although they don't specifically accept dental coverage plans. This allows them to upgrade equipment to keep up with advances in technology. Better for all of us patients!!! They take time to educate you on proper dental care, suggesting electric tooth-brushes for better tooth/gum care. I did not have dental care for 12 years....YES...you read that correct. I used my Philips SoniCare & Eco-Dent tooth powder ALL those years! Then I made an appointment, even a couple of the staff STILL remembered me!!!! I was VERY surprised that my teeth & gums were not in bad shape after that much time away with ANY cleanings & after YEARS of eating cakes, cookies, drinking sodas, juices, etc. I had a "small cavity " just starting to form on ONE tooth! Dr. Ousborne doesn't try to upsell you or add more "needed services" to your bill. He patiently informs you of what IS needed & lets you decide how to proceed. If you have the old-fashioned 'silver-colored' mercury fillings in your teeth & you are over 40 yrs old, go to Dr Ousborne to have him remove them!!. None of us need more toxins in our bodies then we already are exposed to. Ousborne & Keller WILL take great care of you. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!

He is caring and friendly, too! His practice is very busy, so there's an efficiency needed to how he and his team see patients--don't expect to spend 15 minutes shooting the breeze. (During my consult, however, he spent at least 20 minutes with me answering questions and getting to know me.) Orthodontics is typically an 'in and out' process no matter where you go. It's important to note that I never had to wait more than 5 minutes past my appt time. I had braces in the 90's, but the ortho back then couldn't fix my open bite. In my early 40's my teeth were noticeably shifting and I decided to try Invisalign. I wanted a top doctor and after much research chose Dr. Markovitz as he's in the top 1% of Invisalign orthodontists. I did a consult at another ortho and the treatment quote was $2000 higher. Dr. Markovitz was realistic with me from the onset about what my treatment would and wouldn't achieve. I was in Invisalign about 15 months and had zero issues (full compliance is important). His team is amazing and I always felt in experienced hands. Taking my 6th grader in for a consult soon!

I don't usually leave reviews, but I can't express enough gratitude for Dr. Andersen!…read more For nearly three weeks, I had severe pain in one of my back teeth along with what appeared to be a "lesion" on the inside of my gum. I saw two other dentists and was told that my tooth was fractured and needed to be extracted. I came to this office during their annual free extraction event expecting to lose the tooth. Dr. Andersen took the time to thoroughly evaluate the situation and wasn't convinced that extraction was the right answer. She determined that the "lesion" was actually a piece of bone protruding through the gum and removed it. Almost immediately, the pain that had been bothering me for weeks was gone. I am incredibly grateful not only because she found the real problem, but because she saved my tooth. Her knowledge, patience, and willingness to look deeper instead of rushing to remove the tooth made all the difference. Thank you, Dr. Andersen, for your exceptional care. I truly can't thank you enough.

My daughter was seen on Tuesday, July 13th and the hygienist was snappy and rude, she refused to listen to my daughter concern about how the removal of her wisdom teeth may have caused a gap to return between her two front teeth. My daughter attended her appointment for the first time without an older adult because she is 18 but when she return home after her appointment she was so upset because the hygienist was so rude and her tone was so harsh when she spoke to her. My daughter said that the orthodontist, Dr. Jessie was there and her attitude was no better and my daughter said she noticed that Dr. Jessie had positive energy when treating other patients but when she arrived at her station had demeanor and body language changed and she was less friendly. Since we started my daughter's braces treatment at Perry Hall location it has been one issue after another. There were many times when the staff and the hygienist were not friendly. I've tried to move her treatment to one of their other offices, and they made it so challenging that it didn't happen so she finished her treatment at the Perry Hall location. This journey was not pleasant for my daughter or myself. I would not recommend anyone to use the Perry Hall location.

Now we are almost done with treatment with my youngest daughter and it turned out worse that it was before her treatment began. She had a very difficult case, which didn't seem to phase them during consultation, they charged us 2x as much because it was going to take more work to fix. 18 months later, she has a tooth with root reabsoption, because of too much trauma on the tooth when they were moving it. We initially sought treatment for her crossbite, but now it is a severe underbite that jets out and they refused to do extractions even though there was severe crowding on the bottom they straightened out, her front teeth are almost coming out of the jaw bone as there is not enough space and they are stretched so thin. The teeth barely fit and her bottom jaw jets out, but the doctors are ready to take her braces off, as they insist there's nothing they can do now.

The hygienists are friendly and often ask if you're comfortable. I did also need a crown about a year ago which I was very anxious about, but we talked through the entire process. They explain any co-pays or other charges prior to the visit, so there are no surprises. They are also just upbeat and sunny every time I come in. Dr. Nicole Forel is wonderful! she is an amazingly efficient perfectionist with incredible attention to detail! She provides solid dental care without pushing a lot of extras or cosmetic stuff.
