When I spoke with other movers in the area they were quoting more than that, so in the end I was happy with the easy process Doug and his team provided!

In all…read moremy years of moving -- including multiple long‑distance moves -- I have never experienced service as consistently unacceptable as what your company provided. My dining room table was severely damaged. I was given incorrect information about the packing process, which resulted in substantial and unexpected fees. An Apple TV device was misplaced by the moving team and has not been recovered. The movers chipped my TV and Peloton screens. Additionally, the head of the moving crew repeatedly pressured me for excessive tips, creating an uncomfortable and inappropriate environment. I was referred to Alpha Moving by my realtor, and I have already advised her to stop recommending them to clients. Based on this experience, I would not use Alpha Moving again under any circumstances.

He has requested for his money upfront and abandoned the job! It is now April 2023 and Martin has been ignoring my calls and lying about when he will complete the job. I have requested for the receipts for the material to have another contractor complete the job, Martin is refusing to give me any paperwork. Instead of cleaning up the pile of dirt he left behind he smeared it all over our front yard. When I asked for the remainder of the materials he threw it on the ground and broke it. Anytime I asked when he will return to finish the job he stated that he has other jobs paying more. I have seen him working on other homes in the area and refusing to come back to ours.
