The customer service representative answers every question with "100%," when in fact, there was 0% service, responsiveness, or resolution. I spent THREE MONTHS! calling, texting, emailing - when I threatened legal action I was told I would be reimbursed for the full amount of my payment - then promptly ghosted again. In the same email, they stated they would not contest if I chose to dispute through my bank. I was informed by my bank two months later that they had, in fact, denied my claim based on the merchants information. The amount of time and energy I have invested into this is so deeply unacceptable. This company should never be used, and should not be allowed to process payments or transactions of any kind. A gross mishandling of money, time, trust, and customer service. I would give 0 stars if Yelp allowed, truly horrific experience.

So I, unlike that aforementioned woman, called the most reputable firm in detection: The Bed Bug Inspectors. They were quick and professional: I called at 11 AM, and by 2 PM Jeremy and Freedom the canine were here. Jeremy explained the process, and within 15 minutes I had peace of mind. While it cost me half a month's rent, my coritsol levels returned to normal. In short, don't delay and risk exposing your friends or neighbors -- it's unconscionable. She and Goosey showed up first thing in the morning and got to work. They were very thorough and she gave me tips and product suggestions that I could find online. I feel like if I have any more questions I could contact her no problem.
