I contacted Parris Restorations to repair my dresser. I spoke to Kelvin and he requested photos of the dresser and damages to be emailed to him. After reviewing the photos he scheduled an appointment with me. Kelvin informed me that the price that he proposed (while reasonable) was a rough estimate and could change once he saw the damage in person. He arrived at my home promptly and got right to work. Kelvin was friendly and pleasant to work with. He did a great repair job and I was totally satisfied. Kelvin installed a new control box for my Sleep Number bed. It was an extremely challenging and physically demanding job because the bed is so low. He had to maneuver himself under the bed, do the work lying on his back, unable to visually access some of the connections, but managed to get the whole bed wired properly and working great. He was calm, positive, professional. Clearly, he is very experienced and knowledgeable. He was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him for any job involving furniture. He is masterful! Hospital Bed Experts I opened up a new assistant Living for the elderly in the Bronx and I needed 6 adjustable electrical beds repaired and evaluated for patient safety. I called several furniture repair companies in the surrounding area with astronomical prices. I called Parriss Restorations and spoke with the customer service representative Dawn, she was so helpful and reassuring that Parriss Restorations could handle the job. I made an appointment for 2pm and the service technician Brian came 30 minutes ahead of schedule to evaluate my hospital beds, provide recommendations and this included un-beatable prices. I am so appreciative of Parriss Restorations for repairing my electrical beds for the elderly to have a safe and peacefully sound sleep.
