Here's again my review. Marks Home Care Bayridge Branch I was hired to work as an Intake coordinator with this company and the branch manager was so racist and harassed me . She treated me unfairly ,discriminated me, and insulted me as well just because I know more than she knows and that I was able to pick on her mistakes and errors that she was not supposed to do as a branch manager. I came in from a clean environment ,she kept telling the owner and administrator that I do not know anything. If so, how can you hire a non speaking english, who doesn't know even how to answer the phone and you discriminate someone who is more professional then you? Please unless you are an HHA who has a certificate and does not have to deal with bayridge manager , do not apply for a job here , you will regret sooner or later. I brought up some good ideas to make the business grow, the branch manager told me to keep it as a secret and guess what she took that idea and used her self. Yep ,no place to grow here . If I would rate professionalism in this place I will give it a negative zero due to not training their managers well! An example would be; asking you how much an hour are you making or if you meet with an owner ,branch manager will ask you what did you speak about with the owner? I went for training and regret going there ,They offered me another position at a different place because they were not able to handle the branch manager at this place and I refused. Thanks god I was going to make the worst mistake of my life Hey ...they tell you to come in pick up your check and then they tell you the check is not ready. So they do not pay for training . Hired them to take care of mother - employees were clueless as to provide adequate care, did not show up on time, went outside many times to smoke (this on Google Maps camera) cigs, stole money from home and watch my TV all day. When we disputed bill they sent court papers to wrong address so we never received them and could not defend in court. This is an awful company - do not use them - stay clear! read more
