I had a hard time understanding Dr. Honey, she is soft spoken and has an accent, plus I'm deaf in one ear which didn't help. Olivia was excellent on explaining for the doc on what I needed done, options and what the cost was. After I left I did have to go back. I was having a problem with the temporary partial. They got me right in. I was nervous because I was bleeding and temp partial wouldn't stay in. Olivia was calm and assuring, was great on working with the rest of the team getting the temporary partial to fit correctly. From the front counter people and all the staff in the back were all efficient and pleasant. I had the teeth pulled a few weeks ago. Everything is healing fine and pain I was getting before I had my teeth pulled is gone. If you hate a trip to the dentist, go to Valley Dental. I don't understand why they would refuse payment in full from the insurance company or allow me to be reimbursed after I paid for his services. I don't understand why "the owner" would force me to see another provider while not even considering allowing Dr. Candido and I to see what could be worked out as he promised.
