DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! The owner's son STOLE MONEY OUT OF MY PURSE and arrived to my new apartment high and wreaked of marijuana. My lamps were delivered BROKEN. (I withdrew cash from the ATM just before they arrived. As I walked into the room where my purse was, he other delivery guys were questioning what he was doing. WARNING! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Calls were made to the company to report that personal property and money was missing after three of their movers came to move some of our items. No call was returned and of course we'll never see those items again. On top of property being stolen, one mover was throwing our property off the truck onto the ground. When I expressed that I didn't want our things thrown on the ground the mover told me "that's not my problem". Find another company unless you want your money/items stolen and property thrown around recklessly. Highly disappointed and I will make sure that I tell all family and friends to stay away. Update: We went to take our stuff out of storage and several furniture pieces were damaged. Boxes that were marked glass/fragile were on the floor with heavy boxes stacked on top (so several fragile pieces were broken). DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! read more

I used this company last year 2019 on 2 occasions. Once as a professional move for my job, a church in the south suburbs and this company was fantastic. They arrived on time, gave a very great estimate and did not deviate from the cost. To be a small moving company they worked as efficiently and professionally as any large firm. I again used them for my own personal move and found them to be the same way. I recommended them to a friend recently and she called to inform me that she found them to be just as professional and efficient as I had. I was hesitant to refer them because of the distance, but as they indicate in their ad no job is to large or small. The staff is very, very professional and the customer service superb! read more

I had 3 stops lined up; a pickup near the lake, a dropoff/pickup on the Northwest side, and a drop off in Bucktown. They gave me a 1.5 hour window for our meeting time. They called the day of to give me an update about their arrival time. I met Robert and Martin at our pickup location, went to stop 2 for another pickup and drop off, and then finally to stop 3 for a drop off. Wow. Super efficient. Made their way to each location as fast as I did - they were helpful, thoughtful, very cool. I would absolutely use them again. read more

I recently used this moving company these guys were very unprofessional,very irresponsible and careless with my furniture they broke my armoire door and told me that it was going to break any way, and offer me $10.00 off there payment, they also broke a computer table, my end tables legs were damaged, while carry my dresser up stair the drawers were not secure one of the drawer fell out because it was not secure properly and almost hit me in my head, they put several dings in my walls from moving furniture, they also got my carpet really dirty, I would NEVER recommend this moving company to any one. I needed to move a sleeper sofa that we purchased from someone through a Craigslist ad. The seller lived in a suburb and we lived in the city, and Mark was willing to save us the trip out to the suburbs by picking up the sleeper sofa on his own and bringing it over to our place. He was very professional and helped us bring the very heavy sofa up to our third floor place. The price was reasonable and I'd use him again to haul oversized objects from place to place. read more

The moving day was great but shortly after has been hell!!! I started receiving phone calls and text messages about my bottom and under ware. Then I got a picture sent to me from an app from one of the mover from the company, he has stolen my underwear. He harassed me for a few week them when I contacted the company and made them aware, he stopped. Now he's call back omg I and so upset and scared. The police say they can't do anything and apparently the moving company hasn't either becareful.. read more
