Let me…read morejust start off by saying I try to support our people as much as I can so when I seen a black owned moving company I wanted to support. My understanding was that I was getting an actually moving truck. they pulled up with a storage container on the back of a pickup truck which wasn't discussed prior to moving. I knew that wouldn't fit all my belongings from a two bedroom apartment. They allowed my jewelry stand to be outside unattended while they moved my couch out the front door and my belongings where in the back unattended for idk how long. What really pisses me off is that they could've said something to me and could've watched my belongings. After my jewelry was stolen which had a value at least 50000dollars. Willie tells me they are not responsible and i shouldve been watching my belongings if it was that important. A total disregard to my valuables and my feelings to what had just happened. After he told me he was waiting on police which was a total lie, when we get to my new apartment he stops moving my things and demands another 270 for the time I had went over. In total I paid him almost 800 for this move. After I paid him his money he then proceeds to tell me he's not moving nothing that wasn't on the list to be mvoed. Keep in mind they left my kitchen table and a tv which was on the list. So he left like 6/8 bags and my bed frame which was on the list to be moved outside my new apartment. I had to move everything Willie was yelling and acting ghetto in front of my new apartment building where my neighbors could hear and see. while moving my couch into my new place they broke a light in my hallway. Long story short I lost things that could never be replaced again and I have no one to blame but young movers for being negligent. Do yourself a favor and book with real professionals.
