We have been longtime, loyal customers at Mark's BUT NO LONGER!! I have always dealt with Andrea who is always thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly pleasant to work with. When she would tell me how much the services or repairs would cost, thats what they cost. In her absence yesterday I spoke with Mark himself. After an initial call about what was needed, Mark called to let me know how much the work would cost, tax included. I approved the cost and said yes to the work being done. Fast forward hours later and the cost increased $150 dollars. When I arrived at th shop, I asked to speak with Mark about the increase. I asked him to highlight on the receipt where that increase was. He did not do that. Money has always been tight so I pay attention to the details. I have to. After a good deal of time with Mark talking over me, asking if I understand, and trying to convince me that I did not hear the amount that I approved the work for, he says "Listen Doll. I dont have a crystal ball." I have never been spoken to like that by an employee of a business, much less the OWNER of the business! Its "Dolls" like myself that keep his business going. I regret that Andrea was not there. This would not have happened. Needless to say, Myself and my family will never give this business another penny. I question whether you should. read more

We've been going to Mark's for quite a number of years now, and they've never let us down! I like that we feel like old friends when we come in, and they're very reasonable to work with. We started going there when they opened in their current building because of the convenience of how close they are to us, but have stayed all these years because of how much we've come to trust them! The entire crew from the greeting in front to the crew in the garage are amazing. Very personal attention and just all around great and honest service! Had an issue with my car last week... called just to get it checked out as I was nervous... fit in the next morning.. turned out to be a tire problem.. open and timely conversation on what was up... and by 2pm my car was ready and drives awesome. But even more impressive...when paying and getting the rundown of things done, they also included things to keep an eye on.. stuff that might need to be further addressed 'down the road'... good now but reference for the future.
