They we're always respectful and detailed. If they found issues while I was at home, they would call me, tell me, give me the option if I want them to fix it. My quotes always matched my bill. I tend to ask a lot of questions because that's how I learn. They took me to my car and showed me the issue. Then showed me what it SHOULD look like, no car place ever did that. I had a new found respect for them after they did that. I always do my research no matter what the situation is. That way, I know what to ask and to expect.

I said that I did not opt in for a warranty nor was I offered the option to opt in or out for one. He then said, "Ok, you can buy the parts, and I will charge you $400 in labor." The scam is real. Robert greeted me and took all my info. When I mentioned I wanted the cheapest oil change he explained why I couldn't do it in this new car. Apparently I needed to use synthetic or part synthetic which was more expensive than I was used to paying. After he explained everything that was going to be included, we found a coupon online and I was in. I opted to wait in the waiting room so they could do a free vacuum on my carpets. The waiting room was nice. Comfortable chairs, complimentary drinks, and tv. He told me it would take about 20 min but I'm pretty sure it was less than that. Although I had sticker shock at first, they told me I can come in anytime for free fluid top off and tire fills. Their customer service was great, I didn't have to wait long like other places, and the online coupons make the price pretty comparable.
