Yet since in the past I ran a small business I rarely needed any big orders of supplies that where stores like Office Depot comes in at. Not only do they tend to have sales on certain items but they have stock on most items. The store itself is well maintain, the layout is pretty much the same for any store in Hamilton Ohio. You have straight aisle in the middle that run almost the length of the store. Like most stores in Hamilton Ohio they have cut back on the amount of software they sell special video games. I feel this is good to a point since a lot of the software was open and left all over the place it just made me more often and not just not buying any software. The selection of printing paper and office folders has always blown me away sure I could see 3 different printing papers but they have 8. Which is really good because there always some on sell same way for folders while there a lot on sale you still have that pack of folders half price which is a nice touch. The staff was always helpfully and for once when i go into a store I don't feel like i know more than the person I'm talking to who suppose to be selling to me there product. He was extremely patient and worked with us to get the invitations just right. We were not rushed, and he did an excellent job on helping us pick just the right graphic. Picked up the invitations the next day, and they were perfect, including the poster board for outside the chapel. Will be going back for all my office supplies and printing in the future.

In early January, I received notification that the item was backordered. I finally received the item on January 24 and to my surprise, the manufacturer's instructions indicate it is NOT to be used in bathrooms (or any room near a water supply). I emailed the company and received a reply from Shaneka Wright indicating that the manufacturer's information was correct and that I should return the item. On January 26, I mailed the item back with a note indicating that I have now spent over $20 on postage (both ways). I received another email noting that I would receive a credit for the return postage, but not the original postage cost. (I would never have ordered the item if the catalog did not have the wrong information!) To date, I have not received a credit for the item OR the return postage. And the cherry on the sundae: today I received another catalog with the same item on page 48 and the description is still incorrect. Hope others don't fall prey to this scam! I will not do business with this company again.

I said i know you are afraid of stolen credit cards, but i am not making 5000 purchases, and the cards match my drivers license." His name was Nate.
