Ok, maybe I'm just ecstatic that they had ink like it said online. A customer held up the cashier so she signed on to a new machine to help me while the customer was on the phone. After the customer suggested she help me first but at least she didn't make a fuss. She also didn't give me too much problem price matching their online price. Annoyed that it's different. Some places act like it's a huge inconvenience and they scrutinize your phone... the cashier didn't. Also, someone offered to help me right away. So only knock is the price difference. On a quest to not go home without a new computer we headed here. Were greeted as soon as we got the computer area. Told the nice young man what we needed, he asked us a few questions, and then gave us options. And the options were on sale!! Score. In pretty short order we settled on one. Then the hard sell for protection, McAfee (which we recently renewed so it was such a good deal we should prepay for next year) etc, etc. began. I have NEVER in my life heard of a 2 week warranty! I would highly discourage anyone buying from this place! I spend 275.00 and 3 months later the computer Chair sinks down when you sit in it ! Now they tell me Warranty was only good for 2 weeks!!! They want you to spend another 75-100.00 dollars for extended warranty Because they know the products they are selling is JUNK! I just left Staples and have to tell you that Alli, Isaac, and Travis make an amazing team. I bought a printer from Alli last night. She was as personable and had a great command of the term customer service. Unfortunately, due to a compatibility problem I had to return the first printer and buy an upgrade. I was not happy having to deal with "warm and cheerful" Centerville traffic during rush hour again and having to work almost an hour on unpacking and then setup before I found the incompatibility problem. Anybody else not so in love with shrink wrap? I have a time sensitive document that must be printed and ready for presentation handouts by Monday AM. Isaac sensed my displeasure but was very professional and understanding. As luck would have it, I left the printer cartridiges in the cart when I left. I called and talked to Travis. He was great. He said that my old receipt was in the printer bag. I put all new ones in my pocket in case I lost the bag, like today. Anyway he said that he would lock up my bag behind the counter and pick it up Sunday morning so the traffic would be lighter. Kudos to the terrific three! Keep up the good work. read more

VERY impressed with my experience at this staples. First I ordered flyers to get printed and realized I accidentally hit the standard printing. I called in the morning and said I needed it ASAP and Amy said no prob! Then I showed up and realized I forgot to print the website on the postcards so CHLOE directed me towards labels and showed me how to print on Avery.com. She was kind, patient, friendly and BEYOND helpful even though she was the only one working the printing center. Give this girl a raise! Usually my experiences at staples are horrible but this was lovely! Thank u girls for all your help! read more

Staples' computer shop is the apex of incompetence. My girlfriend took her computer here a year ago after getting a virus. $200 and a week later, she got her computer back. Ever since then she's gotten the blue screen of death while using it. She decided to take it back a few weeks ago due to the blue screen. They told her it would be a few days and under $100 to get fixed. Literally a week and a half and another $200 later she got her computer back. And guess what? Within 20 minutes of use, it blue screened of death again. I tell her that she should just buy a new computer (and she could have by now with the money she spent on repairs). I've got no love for the computer shop at Staples. read more

I recently experienced a problem with my laptop, which I had identified the problem before going to Staples, I even had a price going in to fix it. I let the guy figure out the problem, in case there was more than one problem. He told me what I needed to fix it, and lead me right to what I needed. Minus one star because I paid $20 more than what I could have ordered online. Great customer service, didn't try to sell me more, and within 10 minutes I had a solution, just a bit more than what I wanted to pay. read more
