I usually have a very friendly vet when I visit the VIP pet care clinic at my local tractor supply…read morehowever, today was different. When I arrived the man that was checking us in announced "I'm sorry we are just waiting for our doctor to arrive, should only be a few more minutes!"....mind you this is about ten mins after the clinic hours are posted as open. The doctor finally arrives and now it's our turn to bring my cat to the examination table for shots and the doctor was extremely rude from the first second I spoke to him. Did not care to ask me the cats name and just continuously called her a "him". Regardless..... they he starts to pull her out of the carrier and he whacks my cat on the back several times. Very rough and carelessly (my cat is very old so this alarms me). The doctor who then looks at her and states that she's severely overweight and needs to loose about 20lbs. I have a very specific breed of cat that are known to be very large in size and she's actually right in line with her weight range should be (20-25lbs). So I begin to tell him this exact statement and he cuts me off mid sentence and says "I'm a doctor, I would know". In fact if he actually took the time to realize what breed she was, since he didn't bother to care what her name was and applied some knowledge, he too would have known that she is actually right on target for her age and weight range. All I have to say is... if you are going to be this rude to customers of the vet clinic and work with animals please either find a new job that you enjoy or a personality with soft skills..... that will be the last time I use them. The whole experience was not pleasant and some of the worst customer service I've ever received especially from a person who works with animals. Unimpressed to say the least.

You purchased an 8-Week training package on 3/14/24 and did not attend your first lesson until 5/29/24 (76 days later). In the contract that you signed and requested a copy of, you acknowledged that all training services expire after 180 days, as our training packages typically take anywhere from 1-2 months to complete, depending on which package you purchase. During the first lesson, your dog Memphis attempted to bite up the leash at the trainer, and unfortunately bit his own tongue. This injury was not caused by anything that the trainer did. Your second lesson was not had until 6/14/24, 16 days after the previous lesson. During this lesson, your dog broke its nail. Your dogs nails were extremely unkept and long, and this is overall an extremely common injury for dogs with long nails. We have never hidden the fact that we utilize balanced training methods, which is the reason why you came to us in the first place. Memphis was extremely aggressive and was attacking the roommate in the bus you were living in, which is the reason you sought out our services. $2,500.00 was a large investment that you made and didn't prioritize. You had our contact information and did not once express any concern until yesterday, 104 days later. We wish you and Memphis the best and hopefully Memphis' aggression resolves. More Photo 1 in review by Lauren Ayers Book online Elizabeth Nagine 2 reviews After having a consultation I was advised to do a 2500.00 training plan wich consisted of 8 hour long training sessions. My first session was extremely hard to sit through but even harder on my dog. My dog wich is a 5 yr old husky mix mouth was bleeding and spraying everywhere. The trainer informed me that it was a superficial injury and was nothing to worry about. My dog continued to struggle with the method until the hour was up and I brought him home. My dog didn't eat and struggled to drink water for 4 days afterwards. Brought him to the vet and he was checked out and sent home. I then waited a few weeks before going back but i really wanted to trust the process so i tried again, THIS time the session was basically the same method but this time my dog was even more terrified. He ended up getting his nail ripped off and again bleeding and I was again told that it was a common thing and not to be alarmed. My dog ended up limping for the next week with no improvement so again we went to.the vet where he showed to have an infection in his toe from the nail being removed. He ended up on 3 rounds of antibiotics which took two months to complete. This is when my vet advised me to seek out other training methods & that this was clearly not beneficial nor healthy. When I reached out to green mountain k9 to ask for a partial refund since I paid 2500.00 for two hours of inhumane training and a slew of vet bills they informed me that not only am I not getting any sort of refund but I have also forfeited my other 6 lessons (that they NOW say could have tried a different method with) with them due to the time on the agreement had lapsed. So, that's what my dog and I got from green mountain k9 for 2500.00. This isn't the last they'll see or hear of me. & I do not recommend a company that pushes you to have no choice besides to either risk the health of your dog or lose the extreme amount of money that you gave in trust. The ethics here is so wrong. I do not recommend this company.

We were also told that the grooming would be recorded so that we could watch the session if anything weird happens. When we picked up our dogs, it became clear that the boy's grooming was incomplete. He had little knots on his head and a large knot on his tail, as well as a new bald spot on his chest. When we spoke to the groomer about it, she said that he was difficult and wouldn't sit still so that she couldn't complete it, and she said that the bald spot was a cowlick. This didn't *seem* right, because he gets groomed 4 times a year and in the previous place they never had any issues with him at all, and we pet his chest all the time and would've noticed a bald cowlick spot before. She was also not told that the girl was supposed to get a pretend grooming session at all, so that never happened. Since the boy has never been an issue before, we wanted to see the video that we were told we could see if we requested it (we wanted to know what might've set him off), but then we were told that we couldn't because the video system has been down for weeks. The manager I spoke with didn't care and just told me that the groomers rent out the rooms so they aren't responsible for what they do. We contacted the owner but she hasn't responded and instead blocked us on the company Facebook page. Best case, this place has terrible communication amongst the staff and the groomer, poor customer service, and a broken video system. I wouldn't trust my dogs there.
