Once we were finished with the discussion, we went across the hall to the exam room. During her exam, she cleverly asked about my vacation plans to keep my mind distracted from what she was probing! After the exam, we went back to her office and discussed what was the best plan of action for me! Everyone there from the front desk, to the assistant to the doctor provided 5 Star service. Such a comfortable experience for an uncomfortable situation! I 100% recommend Dr. Koerner!!

I brought in an "open box excellent" condition soundbar that was shipped to me completely botched…read more(missing the power cord, remote, and all other accessories). Because this location only had new units in stock, I asked manager/supervisor Jonathan to discount the new unit to make up for Best Buy's massive quality-control failure. Instead of taking responsibility and making it right, the manager refused to adjust the price. Worse, he explicitly told me to pay the price difference out-of-pocket, stating that "corporate would reimburse the difference" if I called the 1-888 number. That was a flat-out lie. Corporate confirmed they have no mechanism to refund a price difference on a finalized in-store purchase. Jonathan knowingly gave me false information just to protect his store's margins and get me out of his line. Absolutely terrible leadership and dishonest customer service. If anyone at this store tells you corporate will reimburse you for an in-store upcharge, do not believe them. I would not purchase anything further from this location.
