After our sweet Cavapoo spent 3 hours and I $50 there for a bath and hygiene trim- 3 weeks later…read moreshe is itching, loosing her hair in small clumps and having razor burn- got her to her regular place for a bath actual full body trim - and it was immediately noticed nick under her arm from being shaved to closely and very apparent and irritated razor burn on her belly causing her to itch and be in discomfort. Also back nails matted and not ground as they had said they had done. Our poor little princess. Called to tell facility not expecting anything- and that is exactly what I got- the man that I spoke to told me that this was not something that could have happened and seemed less than concerned about what had occurred at his salon but that it must just be something wrong with my dog. Never offered to refund or even comforting words at all- so we got from here was a dog with razor burn, cut under her arm, over perfumed and now scared of grooming for $50!
