Made sure all vaccines were up to date Made sure he was sent home with top of the line food , chip ,etc. The lady who helped me was very passionate about her job, and u could tell she absolutely loves what she does. Upon that visit my pup faced some medical challenges and was treated God willing successfully, thru the wonderful care of Titan and ocean state drs. ​the owner of perfect puppy followed up and went above and beyond to help. He took care of the expensive visit with Titan and helped off set a large amount of the medical expense. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable of dogs and breeds. He stated he has been in the industry since a young age . I was so relieved he off set some of the cost. I have 2 children one is autistic We purchased our puppy as a companion for both. My puppy is a top recommended breed for children with autism. To date he has brought so much love and emotional connection to all of us. Both my children get hrs. Of joy from playing with him as well as my husband and myself lol. Forever grateful and thankful​

He told me they were in the back and that he would ask the floor manager to bring some up. The manager comes to the front of the store and yells at the elderly man working the register and states if they want the pellets they can buy the one that's up here I am not going to bring another pallet up just because you asked for it. The white bags are here and if they want pellets those are the one they get. Mind you I have bought my pallet of pellets from this location 3 yrs in a row, same product. I will not be buying them from this location and personally felt really bad for the way the guy at the register was spoken too. No respect for the older gentlemen and zero respect for the customer, funny thing is the next customer walked in and asked the same question as I did about the red bag pellets that they have been using for years. The bath area was easily accessible and had everything you need to bathe your dog. They also have an area to dry them. Each self serve bath is $18 and it includes the use of all the shampoo, conditioner, brushes, towels, dryer. It was so much easier than bathing them at home. The owner was super helpful in showing me the supplies and takes care of the clean up. The owner is very kind and remembers repeat customers and their furry companions. It's a great business to have in Coventry. If you are looking for a place to get food, treats, or toys for your pet or you need to give them a bath this is the place to check out.
