I only had an hour to spare, so this time, my museum visit was a big fat bust. (Thanks a lot Yelp). However, to be fair this was a very cool costume shop. They had a plethora of costumes and ghostly accessors to make your most ardent haunting desires come true. The also have some pretty radical props and creature statues that are definitely worth a look, but the best part about the shop was the customer service. The two girls behind the counter seemed almost as bummed as I was that I was going to miss the museum. They helped me with directions for next time and even took my picture in front of some giant snowman. This place was so cool that I think I return to visit the museum in a few months I will return and buy a few more Frazzetta coasters.

Always just pushed to the side and left floor try and make the best of halloween with expensive animatronics that dont work properly... its so unfortunate and it saddens me that there zero communication and we always just get stuck trying to fix what we can on our own .... 3 to 4 thousand dollars just in animatronics not counting all the accessories that come along with it, like costumes for the whole family every year for i dont even know how many years.smoke machines,fog juice, strob lights black lights ,mini animatronics like the leaping spiders to crawling zombies, right down to the big grave stones, to little ones. Pumpkin utensils and knives handheld and electric and everything els in between i mean the list goes on and on all from sprit halloween... well we finally now have zero expectations from spirit halloween, i totally regret and feel very unfortunate that my family and I will not contribute to the store any longer.

Of course they had everything we needed and were helpful and very cheerful in assisting us. Prices were great (same as Amazon) and being able to try on the dress (my wife, not me) before buying was a huge plus because she got the correct size. The first dress would've been too big, even though the size should've fit. Can't say how valuable this was in saving us time and hassle with a return and potentially not having the proper clothes for the party. This store offers rentals of so many amazing costumes year-round, so there's literally everything and anything you could imagine to get you dressed up for the occasion. The two ladies that helped us were absolutely wonderful and sweet and we were so delighted to stop in. See you next time!

They have all kinds of cool decor and accessories for you to wear or to decorate your home for a Halloween party. If you can dream it up they have it. The employees are very friendly and helpful. He spoke to the manager and he told him no as well. I called and tried to have this rectified on the phone with the main office . They also refused and refused to let me speak to ma supervisor. So they basically ripped off my son of $100. I think it is very unfair to take advantage of people especially in this day and age. They ironed the shirts and gave us accessories that really made the outfits like top hats, cufflinks, a broach and a handbag. We were a hit in NYC, people in Times Square were taking our photo, sometimes with us, and we got seated at Lillies, a Victorian themed restaurant without a reservation because they liked our look so much. Shelly and Laura were so good to us, great customer service and made our outing so memorable. I will totally come back here for the service and quality of the clothes.
