Dr Liesl Kaye returned my call within 15 minutes and asked all the right questions. She then advised Dr Preston Kaye would be in the office that afternoon if I chose to visit or first thing Tuesday morning. I, of course, took the opportunity to visit asap that afternoon (Memorial Day). Dr Preston Kaye examined my eyes and prescribed medication along with advice on care for my eyes. He advised someone would call me in the morning for a follow up appointment within 10 days to confirm eyes are improving. I received a call Tuesday morning at 9am. Kaye Eye Care is great. They have the newest, state of the art, machines to test your eyes. Dr. Nguyen is very nice and is very thorough in explaining the issues I have with my eyes. She's helped me figure out my prescription that works best for me, especially as I age. I used to have to wear readers, but she adjusted my contact lenses and recommended multi-focal contact lenses that has helped me tremendously. Highly recommend coming here. The next morning, I called and explained that these glasses were worse than my old ones. Their answer was to keep them for a week because it takes time to get used to the new prescription. This has never been my experience with new glasses. The next pair I received (after another eye exam) was worse than the first. I asked for a refund which I did receive. The doctor did not even talk to me or apologize to me for his inflated opinion of his ability. I asked for a refund. I am now going to another doctor who performed many different exams and procedures and, while it took quite a while, I couldn't be happier with the results.
