After a thorough eye exam, scans and testing, I found out that I had a stigmatism, (unrelated to the irritation) and in fact wasn't 20/20 vision like I always thought. I had always thought my vision was blurry from not getting great sleep. The good news is I was able to diagnose the eye problem with redness and dryness ( the name is long ) :) and get recommendations o help it, & was also able to order a new set of glasses which help me see WAY BETTER!! Dr Liesl Kaye returned my call within 15 minutes and asked all the right questions. She then advised Dr Preston Kaye would be in the office that afternoon if I chose to visit or first thing Tuesday morning. I, of course, took the opportunity to visit asap that afternoon (Memorial Day). Dr Preston Kaye examined my eyes and prescribed medication along with advice on care for my eyes. He advised someone would call me in the morning for a follow up appointment within 10 days to confirm eyes are improving. I received a call Tuesday morning at 9am. Kaye Eye Care is great. They have the newest, state of the art, machines to test your eyes. Dr. Nguyen is very nice and is very thorough in explaining the issues I have with my eyes. She's helped me figure out my prescription that works best for me, especially as I age. I used to have to wear readers, but she adjusted my contact lenses and recommended multi-focal contact lenses that has helped me tremendously. Highly recommend coming here. Within two weeks of receiving them, I returned because my vision was not clear the lenses were blurry and uncomfortable. At that time, I was told the glasses only needed adjustment and to give it some time. Over the following months, I returned multiple times with the same concern, explaining that my vision was still not correct. Each time, I was told to "get used to" the progressive lenses, or that changes in vision with age might be the cause. Despite my repeated visits and concerns, the issue was never properly resolved. Recently, I sought a second opinion from my previous eye doctor, who confirmed that the prescription in the glasses I purchased from there is incorrect. Since returning to my old glasses, my symptoms dizziness, headaches, and nausea have completely resolved. Additionally, the lenses I purchased are now scratched, and despite having a protection plan, I have been told that this will not be honored. I find this unacceptable. When I recently spoke with management, I was told that too much time had passed for any resolution, despite the fact that I had been consistently returning to the office over several months attempting to correct the issue. I was offered the option to pay for another exam and receive only a 50% discount on new lenses. I do not feel this is fair, as the original issue stems from an incorrect prescription that was never properly addressed. Furthermore, I was disappointed by the tone and manner in which I was treated during this conversation. I felt dismissed and disrespected. I was also informed that my past records, including a prescription from 2018, were accessed without my knowledge or consent, which raises additional concerns for me. To be clear, I did not requesting a refund. I simply asking that the lenses be remade correctly and that the protection plan I purchased be honored. I also requested the contact information for a district manager or someone above the current manager. I was told there is no one I can contact directly, and that if I submit a customer care ticket online, it would simply be routed back to him and result in the same response. I do not understand how that is possible.

I have been to this practice for several years and all of the providers I saw previously were outstanding. Lou stated, "They had a sale starting tomorrow (Saturday) and that he could sell it to me for $651.00." Great! Lou said he could have it delivered next Tuesday. Josh Hoffman was the technician who delivered and set up my mother's new Samsung TV. Josh programmed the Xfinity remote to the new TV, and my mother accidentally hit something that made the TV verbally announce everything she did. Josh asked if she wanted that, and my mother said no. Josh was quick-witted and a comedian; he had my mother laughing. You certainly can tell when an employee loves their job!
