I called and was told that they do not have the doctor in on Wednesdays, which is why I chose them in the first place (again, as per the DV website). There was tons of traffic, and so I was running a little bit late (my Waze said 11 minutes) for my appointment. I called just to let them know, and they told me that I would have to cancel if I was more than 10 minutes late. I couldn't continue driving and chance it.
