NOTHING was left plugged in, all these guys had to do was pull the power bar out from the wall!!! EASY RIGHT! BUT NOOOOOOOO they had to un plug everything. NOW I have to wait 5 FIVE days for cogeco to come and plug everything back in. I tried with Cogeco over the phone but didnt work. I went into the store to complain but the person who sold me a few thousand dollars didnt care and was kind of rude. She said " Thats why we tell people to un plug their own things" BTW she never told me that. She asked "Who was the sales person" I said You! I just dont like how she responded and not showing much interest now everything was paid in full. If you want a nice sales person DO NOT go to Floors Plus More. Because of this place I will not have cable for 5 days. Cogeco said a cord must be damaged for nothing to work.

We ended up not finalizing our order elsewhere, as Joshua Creek was extremely helpful in helping us match chairs to our server and dining table. They not only explained how the ordering worked, but looked at our samples to suggest the best way to ensure we were able to match our maple and cherry furniture to our new chairs. The great thing too was we did not have to waste time and haggle on price. We had price shopped the Handstone chairs in numerous places and pricing varied greatly, and we were offered an extremely competitive and reasonable price right away. Our chairs arrived and were excellent, except for one. The stain and grain was substantially different. Joshua Creek took this as an opportunity to earn our loyalty in the future. Not only did they acknowledge the issue, but they picked up, sent back, and re-delivered a proper and fixed chair. In this day and age I find stellar service is hard to find, and it was great to have this taken care of. Although 6 chairs is not a big purchase compared to what some may buy, I appreciate they treated me as a valued customer and went above and beyond. Had to clean my floors after their "white glove" delivery and a pile of the garbage was left in my home. They don't send their staff with shoe covers to wear in your home, even removing shoes that have been on all day left a sticky feel and smell once. Show covers are sanitary for everyone and proper white glove service. The sales associate promises that upon delivery they won't leave if furniture is wobbly, and if something more complicated is an issue the tech will come. The delivery folks did not attempt to fix a single thing. Delivery and visit windows are only provided the day before and you are asked to commit to a date without knowing even a time of day. You're given a 2 hour window the day before and no time to confirm or change it. You are also not given multiple options when you have to pick a date, saying no pushes it several days at a time. Extremely disappointed, nowhere near worth the price for the products, throw in a poor experience and you're confused what exactly you paid any sort of premium for...
