I highly recommend this body shop. I have taken 4-5 cars for body repair here and I have never been disappointed. My daughter had a trunk problem on her car and the dealer said it would be quite a bit of money to fix but recommended going to a body shop. We really had a great experience with Marquee. They were prepared with all parts ordered and in the shop so they could start immediately on repairs to our car. They finished quickly and the final product looks like it came off the showroom floor. It was perfect. They went the extra mile and cleaned some tar off the paint that had flipped up on the sides. Had a slight fender bender. Being that it was on my new truck, I wanted the best repairs done, and knew Marquee had that reputation. I did get a few different quotes, and found Marquee was the highest by about $500 on a $2800 repair....but knew I wanted the best so I moved forward with it. It also took longer to get in...but again was willing to wait because I wanted the best. When I got my truck back (was raining that day) I notice it had been detailed...they did a great job on that. When I got home I looked at a few things and found 2 issues. 1. When they replaced the headlight assembly they had over-tightened the bolt and split the plastic tab. 2. They didn't re-aim my headlight. I notified Marquee, who was more than willing to replace the headlight assembly. I wanted to think on it so I gave it a couple weeks. I installed some tow hooks on the front about 2 weeks later, and upon climbing under the front of my truck I noticed that the nuts that held the bumper on (8 nuts) 2 of them were loose, almost ready to fall off. They hadn't been re-tightened. Understand that they could come loose, I am just not convinced based upon other issues that, that is the case here. At this point, I had just decided that I didn't want to have to deal with taking my truck down to get the headlight assembly replaced...just not sure what else it might come back with wrong...maybe nothing. While putting tow hooks on the front, I also noticed that the air-dam under the bumper was the original one, even though I was billed for a new one. I know that it was my original because I tore a little piece of it before the accident and that tear was still there after the repairs....a new one was not installed. I would give probably 1 or 2 star, but because they were willing to try to make the headlamp issue right i'll give 3. I just expect that with a background, and higher price that care would be taken at a higher level than was. I do have to note, they were easy to work with, and did a great job on the paint work. read more

I had them work on my bmw several times and each time the service and quality was unmatched. And now I have purchased a new car with a difficult repair and again I am extremely happy with their work. There is no better quality and service for the luxury body repair in town. I also have to mention that the car always comes back as new, they detail it so it feels like brand new one! The entire process is made easy and painless, from them working with insurance company to small detail of having a rental come pick you up. Talk about service! Staff is always helpful, patient and honest when giving feedback and options regarding the care of my '14 Jetta. In my experience, I found them honest, cooperative, and professional... I was in and out within 30 minutes with quote... which also turned out to be the best bet... they never asked me unnecessary questions, and I picked them over my insurance company "certified" or recommended body shops... The job was good quality, but main thing I like, that they are reliable people... management is couple family members... I had couple minor complains, but they handle it very well... will go back if needed and recommend it to others... they do have good reputation in the area... read more

If you need auto collision repair COME HERE they fixed my boyfriends car and made it look brand new they also washed and vacuumed it before they gave it back! They are all so friendly and don't rip you off at all! Don't go anywhere else I can promise you they're worth every penny and have you in their best interests! read more

This shop did poor paint and bodywork on my BMW. They had to repaint the shotty work over. Even the 2nd repaint was horrible quality. My headlight plug was placed on backwards. The electric mirror no longer works. The owner lied to me. Telling me he would fix the mirror. Yet the repair shop called him and he refused to pay to have it fixed. I would never use Marque. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. read more
