John called me and said it was the fuel pump and to take him $550.00. I called other places and they were &150.00 less. So I said don,t do the work ,he said he had the car towed 2 blocks (without my permission). I went to get the car the next day and the key was in it. Everything in the trunk was missing. Some wires had been cut the gas cap door was open, the cap was not screwed on. I called the police for a report,and then had it towed to another mechanic. He said there was nothing wrong with the fuel pump, but when he got the engine going, it was totally ruined,sounded worse than a train. John had done something to it!! There was nothing wrong with the fuel pump nor the engine. The car was vandalized, and burglarized. While I was there some men in a pickup came and started taking everything out of the shop. I rate a "0" for that. And a crime!
