I was recommended to use them for a bumper repair. Their quality of work is great. Perfect paint match with a clean install! The business has an opportunity to improve on their communication. It took 2 months to get my bumper installed. The reason it took so long is because they never follow up to schedule your appointment. Then all of a sudden it would hit me and Id reach out then set a date. I spoke to them about the insurance claim and gave them all the details. They quoted me online which was a plus. Then they said they are going to order the parts. They never contacted me to let me know the parts made it. Then I asked next step. They said we need to do a paint match. I went for the paint match. They said they would contact me to schedule install after it's painted within 2 days. Almost two weeks went by and I realized I wasn't contacted so I reached out to get it scheduled. Dropped it off Monday morning and it was ready by the afternoon. This whole process started on 6/8/23 and was finished on 7/26/23 I understand I could have been more on top of it with faster follow ups, though I do believe it is the business responsibility to be on top of earning business and keeping the customer up to date of their sales process. I'd use them again in the future but I would be more prepared to make sure they get the job done in a quicker time frame. Terrible attention to detail. Poor customer service. Certain they damaged the paint and glass on my car. Made a mistake choosing this shop. Took my Mercedes to have a simple paint correction done on a roof panel. When I picked it up today my total was nearly double the estimate... receptionist was rude and somewhat sketchy... The final product on the roof panel is pathetic... spots, drips, uneven. Worst of all the damage done to my hood and windshield. Did they really sand blast my car?? I have washed this car several times in detail. Never before have I seen so many chips in my hood and new damage spotting on my windshield. Truly looked as if they somehow sand blasted my hood and windshield. Do not go. read more

I as well as family members have used them several times. We have always been very pleased w/their work. Not only do they do a good job, but as important they are responsive to calls and questions. My service rep has not always been immediately available to speak w/me, but has *always* called back within a short time. They recently, even though they were closed down for a week due to a power outage suffered from a severe storm, worked hard to get my car back to me in time to have it for a planned, extended road trip... which was above and beyond and greatly appreciated. read more

Left front of my car was so damaged that the insurance company that represented the driver that hit me wanted to total it. We took it to The Paint Spot where they looked at the damage and told us they could fix it. We decided along with our insurance company that is what we wanted to do. After the repairs were complete they took it for a test drive to make sure the alignment was good. We got my car back and it looks brand new and runs great. We were told if anything felt strange while driving it to bring it back and they would fix it. We would highly recommend this place to everyone that needs repairs done on their car!! My Jeep Wrangler was rear-ended and the insurance company I had to coordinate with made things 1000x more difficult. Staff there gave me a heads up on specific things to ask to avoid getting stuck with fees for a rental, even though I wasn't at fault. Their advice saved me money and additional stress for that alone. Working with the Paint Spot was the only stress-free part of the whole ordeal. They were the only people who didn't expect me to be the middle-man for my own victimization and was great with communication. Anytime documentation was needed for insurance purposes, they were sent promptly. They also kept me in the loop with any updates and were endlessly patient with all my questions! I'm not the type of person to leave bad reviews but the experience I had needed to be shared. I took my Corvette there back in June this year to get my passenger side headlight lined up a little more with the fender and bumper because of a tow truck that hoisted it up incorrectly. They addressed the issue and everything seamed fine. a few months later I noticed looking a little closer at the headlight that it wasn't lined up and was pushed in a little more than the drivers side headlight. I rarely drive the car and probably drove it 3-4 short times since the last time it was worked on so I didn't it initially. When it was worked on the first time I asked them if they warranty there work and they said they do. So I scheduled a time to come in and get it readjusted, when calling I also made sure with the lady I spoke to that I wasn't going to be charged a second time for the same issue. When I got there I dropped the car off and nobody told me about a cost or a quote so I assumed that I was good. When they called me back to let me know that it was done they didn't mention I would be charged and just let me know that I could come pick it up. Only to find out that when I get there I would be charged more than it was the first time. The older guy I spoke with said that it had to have been in an accident for it to be moved around since last time and that they only warranty their work if they make a mistake. The car was never in an accident and I told him I've only driven the car on a track. I told him that if they were installed correctly the last time they shouldn't have moved around and he had a looked at me and basically said "that's not my problem". There communication is awful and are very rude to customers. I wouldn't do business with them again and you shouldn't either! read more

I had my car towed here after an accident which was recommended by State Farm. They never called to informed me it had arrived and it took them three days to assess the car and then several more days to order the parts. Meanwhile I had to call ever step of the way for up date. Two weeks later. The car is done but the front desk lady wasn't sure how to bill me and tried to charge me double. I'm not impressed with this shop but the service was friendly. read more

I took my Lexus RX350 into Paint Spot to get bodywork done on an accident that I was in. The front desk receptionist lady that works there is the most unfriendly and rude person that I have ever had to deal with when they are the people that are working in the customer service industry. I have never been talked to or treated the way that she had treated me in my life. She is the one that is working in the customer service industry and is acting rudely to the customers. She had ruined my whole experience and thought of the company as a whole. Also when I got my car back from being in the shop, there was a panel not in place sticking out of my car that was not looking like that before when I brought it in. The paint spot warrantee for LiveTime is worthless these guys did over $10,000 with the work my car and then my car got stolen and they drop me like a bad habit they try to blame my son but he's a lousy driver right in front of my face the paint spot is only worried about one thing making sure the big insurance companies that are worth billions are always happy they don't give a rats ass and hell about you or what you think they're going to do it their wayBecause the big insurance companies got them by the balls big time and Theyneed to do to squeeze make them's squeal like a pig they jerk me around for only over $40 that's what you're dealing with I have done work on my own cars long ago but he never fell apart ever these so-called experts are using arts and crafts glue to fix my bumper are used another shop to fix it right they only charge me $10 and they guarantee their work there are huge company over 300 body shops across The nation I saw the Glue they used it melted it together trust me it will never come apart I've used glue like that before understand little shops like the paint spot or too small to do it right the first time or look give you 100 excuses you're the idiot that did it or your son or daughter or other family members giving your damn dog major excuses why they can't do this why they can't do that soon as I raise my hand and and said I had a problem they made sure my life would be hell thank you the paint spot I hope The $40 you got is worth me typing this about you guys a bunch of jerks I'm sorry my car wasn't banged up bad enough for you to make it worth your wild that's my problem yeah I should've rolled it down the mountain a few times then let you have it then you could charge the insurance company so much damn money you guys could retire in style read more

Worked with Dan on getting my passenger's side door mirror put back on after it had been ripped off from a car accident. The mirror couldn't be installed without getting the door replaced, due to damaged brackets on the inside of the door. Dan was able to pull apart the door and pound it back into place without having to replace any components. Saved me hundreds of dollars by getting his help. Would definitely use The Paint Spot again! read more

Dan was one of the most helpful people I've ever worked with. This place is a joke!! I had to take my vehicle back 3 times because they couldn't fix it in the amount of time the insurance company said it should take. They still never fixed it right the hood is not aligned and looks like crap. The paint on the fender they repainted is already scabby looking and horrible after only a month!
