Stay away from this shop. The truck in question left their Draper shop in worse condition than when it arrived with the exception of the dent in the bedside. The tech cut a wiring harness instead of disconnecting it and also cut the video feed to the rear camera both of which had to be replaced at the owners' expense. Then the rear bumper was placed in the bed upside down which scratched the plastics and those too had to be replaced at the owner's expense. Valley owed money and it took over a month to get it back all the while Broc of the Draper location lied about when it would be mailed out. When Jacob of the same location was confronted about the damage, he couldn't have cared less and said that's how they do it. Not very professional. I paid for parts and labor and only got a part.....My undersheild was ripped off and i came here to get it fixed... this is what they did... they left it dangling... so i came back to see if they were willing to make it right or really do anything.... instead they tried to talk circles around me telling me that i wanted it "done cheaply not right and good"... they told me that if i come back to get my bumper fixed properly, then they could fix my undersheild.... as if my bumber being replaced is essential to install 3 screws in the back of my undersheild.... so now... i have to go somewhere for litterly 3 screws... these guys lied and screwed me over Picture 1..... the dangling undersheild they "installed" with 3 screws Picture 2..... the old undersheild with the 5 screws in the places i asked for them to be replaced Picture 3.... my bumber "damage" that makes these screws on the bottom of my truck "impossible to install unless the bumper is fixed" read more

Cannot recommend Valley Collision enough. This was my 20something adult daughter's first experience in a car accident. It was not her fault so she had to navigate all the requirements in seeing that the other person's insurance took care of the repair. This requires a lot of steps. My daughter insisted in handling this on her own, without her parents (us) stepping in to guide her or take the lead. I was nervous that this could have be a negative experience and one where she could be taken advantage of in the handling of the car repair. There was significant damage to her Subaru Crosstrek. The insurance listed Valley Collision as an authorized repair shop. This being near her home, it made sense to start with them. What a great experience she had with James Merril, the service advisor. He walked her through the process, made it easy for her to understand, and answered all of her questions. He communicated often about the process and progress of the car repair. He even had the work completed ahead of schedule. It was a wonderful experience...if you can call a car accident wonderful. As a parent, so appreciated James in helping my daughter gain more experience as she moves through adulting. So appreciate the level of service, the quality of service and the repair was excellent. After buying an older 2010 Ford Ranger that needed a few minor repairs to bring it back to its original glory, I was referred to the Valley Collision location in Lindon. This location is under new management and the General Manager was involved with this project from the start. Ellen was awesome to work with and confident in masking this look brand new. The price I was quoted was fair and in line with other quotes I had received. The quarter panel and tailgate that needed repair was matched perfectly to the rest of the paint, even after 13 years. Even to the trained eye, you can't tell these have been repaired or painted. What I appreciated most was the fact that I was kept update from the day I dropped it off, and throughout the process. When I picked it up, I was so happy with how it looked. It was clean inside and out and you'd never know it had any work done to it. The people, the location and the process was the best I've had with any automotive repair. These guys know what they're doing and I'd trust them with any body or paint work I would ever need on older or newer vehicles. read more

Such great service! I had a blinker light that had become disconnected from my bumper, and the dealer said I'd need a new bumper to get it fixed. I asked around several body shops for quotes, and all the bumpers were upwards of $700. Valley Collision told me to bring the car in--they thought they might be able to fix the light instead of having to replace the whole bumper. They checked it out, said they could totally reattach the light, and had it done right then and there for under $100. Is it perfect? No, that would have required a new bumper. But the price was so much better and their quick service was super appreciated. It's been a few weeks now, and I've taken the car into a few high-pressure car washes without any iI love their out of the box thinking, and will definitely return to them next time I need any body work done. I've had to take my car in twice in a month once for an accident once for smash and grab. Words cannot begin to describe the customer service I received from Andy Rose. He immediately made me feel comfortable leaving my broken baby for repair. Andy, gave me up to the minute information on my vehicle, coordinated with my insurance company on both claims and made everything so easy, I thought there had to be a catch. NO CATCH just amazing service from start to finish. When the smash and grab happened I'm so happy I had "a guy" for that and that guy was Andy. I pulled in with the damaged car they immediately took it in the shop and had it vacuumed out AT NO CHARGE in a matter of minutes even if I didn't get it fixed there Andy took care of me. After my car was rear-ended, I asked my mechanic who he recommended I go see to get my bumper fixed; he referred me to Malcolm at Atherton Collision. I didn't need appointment. Malcolm came outside and walked around my car. He looked over the insurance estimate and told me how I could make my car look like new without sacrificing the quality. He did the work faster than the insurance had estimated and for half the price. My car looks great! I was very happy with his work. Absolutely terrible. Got into an accident and didn't receive my car until 3 months later after calling and receiving the same standard we're working on it it'll be done soon. No offer for a rental car and the best part was when I got the car back I kept having A/C problems. When I got it serviced, they found the belt to be totally ripped up and full of metal pieces! If you're going to take a while on a project at the very least do a half decent job. No one should ever take their car here there are much better options in the city and valley. read more

These guys do a great job! There was a snafu with a wrong part coming in, so my fix was delayed a few days. They were super nice and gave me the shop car to drive around in for the weekend. My new bumper looks AMAZING and you'd never know the difference. Paint matches perfectly. I had called around to price check earlier in the week and ask about paint. I talked to Maaco, of which they angrily said "we can't match it EXACTLY". Well, Maaco can shove it, because Valley did such a good job matching, you can't even tell! Valley Collision was chosen for me by my insurance company. They pushed back my completion date 4 times after the initial estimate. About to weeks after I was supposed to pick up my vehicle I finally got a call and picked it up to realize there was a loud rubbing noise that occurred whenever I drove my car. I brought the car back and mentioned the issue that they had overlooked however they denied that it was their responsibility and told me to get it checked out by the dealership. My front hood is also quite out of line and has uneven gaps. I am very disappointed with this shop after I tried to be patient with them. This guy's a scumbag. Seriously. I got into a minor accident about a week before I had to move out of state. Took the car to him and he fixed the radiator. The price was exorbitant, but whatever, I needed it done right away. It was all good. Then to make sure it was running fine, he took the car out on the highway without latching the hood down properly. It flew open and smashed the windshield. He told me about it and said he would have his friend fix it for free. I made the mistake of paying him for the radiator before he fixed the windshield. Got my car back, called him a day or two later to find out when he was going to get the windshield fixed. He hung up. Then I called back and he yelled something unintelligible, then hung up again. Then he stopped picking up. Then I drove down there to yell at him and he just stood there with a sh!t-eating grin on his face, shaking his head. If I wasn't moving out of state in 36 hours, I would have taken him to court. That was two years ago. Am I still bitter? Maybe. F*ck this guy. read more

I used this body shop when it was Atherton Collision, and loved them. But, I don't love Valley Collision. I took my brother's old truck in to get repairs after somebody rear ended it, they were full of ideas how to fix it, gave me an estimate, but then completely dropped the ball. I called them several times to check on the status of the job, they were always saying they would schedule it in and order the part, but they never did. Completely indifferent. close to a dozen cars have been repaired at Atherton over the years in my family. I personally went to 1 other company 1 other time and absolutely regretted it. Actually took it over to Atherton to be fixed because the job was never done right. They have state of the art equipment and 100% of the time our cars never look like anything ever happened. Malcom was able to make some minor repairs using his hands, a few tools, and some touch-up paint. The fix was pretty damn good in my opinion, especially for a 14 year old car.
