I spoke with Beth at America's Best and she took great care of our family. She was able to find a trial box in stock at the store for the prescriptions he needs so that he can get by until he returns back to school after his visit. I then found out my daughter is down to her last 3 days of contacts and called Beth back again and since my daughter's prescriptions aren't in stock she was able to supply us with a trial box that is in stock until a new 90 day supply can be ordered and delivered to us. The frames were is such poor quality that I had to frequently get them tightened and they fell apart less than a year after purchasing them. But the worst part was the service (or lack of). The training of those who fit you and help you select the frames is insufficient to say the least. Going to a more professional and cheaper option (Costco), I learned that my frames were too wide for my face, making my peripheral vision blurring and touched my face lengthwise which resulted in frequently fogged up lenses. This ended up being the worst eyeglass experience I've ever had. I wanted to warn others...go to Costco if you can!
