The doctor did a great job of identifying my stigmatism and which route was going to work best in regards to contacts. In fact I will be going back in a few weeks to purchase new glasses from them. On 12/29/25, I ordered lightly tinted prescription lenses using my VSP allowance. Over the next five months, the lenses were sent back to the lab repeatedly: the tint was too dark, then the lenses didn't fit into the frame properly, then the tint was wrong again, then the prescription itself was incorrect. Staff member,Kristy, handled most exchanges and confirmed the lab had already proven it could produce the correct tint, since I'd received it correctly once and kept that pair as a reference sample. I repeatedly asked for this matter to be escalated to the District Manager (Jessica), I was told she was informed but she never contacted me directly. On 5/9/26, Kenny left a voicemail claiming the lab could not make the tint any lighter and that I'd have to accept the lenses as-is or with no tint -- despite clear proof otherwise. When I called back, he offered no real solution and focused only on what was outside his "reach." After further attempts, the tint was finally corrected on 5/29/26, but then the prescription needed fixing. When I picked up the glasses on 6/26/26, the tint was missing entirely, the lenses weren't thinned as paid for, and the prescription was still wrong. At that point I requested a full refund including what my insurance company paid. My out-of-pocket refund was processed and arrangements to have my exhausted 2025 VSP lens allowance was restored. This process cost me six months of time, patience, gas, and no working product to show for it. Customer service was poor, the lab was slow and inadequate, and upper management did not meaningfully engage. I will not return to this company and will not recommend it to others who are looking to order prescription lenses. This was my worst experience ordering lenses. This should not have taken 6 months to resolve and walk away without the lenses I ordered and paid for. The only redeeming part of my visit was Dr. Jones. The eye exam itself was professional and thorough. It is a shame that such a great doctor is backed by such an incredibly frustrating and broken ordering system. I am deeply disappointed by how badly this was handled.

One can tell the standards are high at this practice, nice selection of frames and everything is reasonably priced. I was quite impressed to see a business run to this level of apparent perfection. Simply excellent! FOLLOW-UP Disappointed that my bifocals where significantly off focus after having an eye exam and prescription a week earlier. Had to return to have the issue rectified. They need to make the lenses another mm deeper and regrind. Also need to return a second time to pick-up the new glasses. Nobody stepped up to the plate to say "we screwed up" or "we are sorry to inconvenience you." That said, I rescind my comments about the high standards. The staff originally added 3 mm of depth to my glasses and I have a strong suspicion it was the cause of the problem. The D.O. confirmed the prescription was accurate after checking my eyes a second time. Bingo! These mistakes should not occur and are avoidable if one knows what the lab will do when making alterations to a lens order. An apology would have gone a long way in this particular case. That said, I still highly recommend Dr. Vroegh for your eye care needs.

She patiently went over all of my options and took extra time with the exam to make sure I was comfortable with the lenses before I left. She also offered to order an additional contact lense in a different strength so I could try both and see which I was more comfortable wearing. The receptionist was very friendly and explained the cost of the lenses. She also informed me of a rebate that would save me $50. I was extremely satisfied with the doctor and the services. In addition, Dr. Langle is from the neighborhood and is investing in our community. I'd rather steer business to a local gal any day.

After my last visit in July, I received a series of YouTube video links that featured Dr. Ingelse' personally explaining and reminding me how to treat my dry eye and blepharitis at home. Wow! I also want to share that Pre and Post Covid19 the front office staff at Meyer's has always provided great customer service in setting up my appointments, welcoming me when I arrive, and assisting me during checkout. They have very strict check in protocols now but they are still very cordial and kind in the way they do it. I recently experienced an issue picking up my new eyeglasses due to the new safety protocols they have in place. Not only did one of the staff members contact me right away to resolve it, they also included a personalized note and some eyecare goodies in the bag with my new glasses once I received them. Additionally, I requested and they stated my eyewear was new (ordered) but one pair interior lettering is totally faded. Meyer Eyewear has a GREAT selection of eyewear but the business aspect I found unsatisfactory.
