My glasses were supposedly sent back to be corrected and now I am told that the correction for distance was never added to my Glasses. No wonder for the past 6 months I have been looking over the top of the glasses to see at a distance. For Eyes, Tinley Park wore me down. I accepted an inferior product. Shame on me. $500+ was way too much for reading glasses. I would have been better off buying glasses at the dollar store and throwing the glasses away at the end of the day. Do not waste your time. I called to see if they were ready and talked to someone named Jasmine. She had me on hold forever, so when she finally came back on, I asked her to call me when she knew the status of my glasses. She never called. I finally drove there. Three people were working in the front and there were no customers in the store. I asked about my glasses. Jasmine told me to hold on, because she had never really even bothered to check or call me back. Then she tells me that the frames I ordered were discontinued but the lab was trying to get them but had communicated the status. Then, she told me that they had Been sent from the lab ten days ago but nobody knew where they were. I wonder if anyone was ever going to tell me I was not going to get my glasses. She asked if I would like to pick out different frames. I said I just wanted a refund and she refunded my money to my credit card. What a horrible way to do business. I'm not sure if I was just there at a non-busy time or what but the "nurse" (I'm not sure what you call the person you see before the eye doctor...maybe optical hygienist?) helped me try on glasses and figure out which would look best even before I knew whether I would need new frames or not to kill time while the doctor was with another patient. The doctor herself was patient and conversant. I felt like I was being frustrating because I couldn't chose which was better during the exam but she said that she tried over and over again to make sure that I was picking the right things and she was getting the prescription correct. Can't wait to go back again!

The receptionist told me that I was wrong; that the last appointment for the day had occurred and that they were done for the day. She went to her computer and asked my name. She then indicated that I was not listed. When I confirmed that I had made my appointment online, she indicated that the online scheduling does not always work. Well, why in the hell are they offering it as an option! No apologize was offered. I plan to return to my former doctor.
