Was scheduled to view an apt today @ 12:45-1pm. I get there & office is closed till 1pm. I still wait in my vehicle to give it a try. At 12:58 a door dash driver gets there to deliver food. I also see another man go in & out of the office. I think since it's 12:59, it's open. I get off my vehicle & the man grabs the food from the delivery driver & locks the door & points to the sign that says closed till 1pm I show him on my phone it's 1pm & he unlocks to tell me that they need more time since the food just arrived. I told him I'd rather cancel since that was unprofessional. As I'm walking down the steps he starts to tell the ( I'm assuming lease agent ) that I am canceling my viewing, she looks at me & shrugs her shoulders as if to say " oh well. " I continued to get in my car & leave. Unprofessional. Horrible communication. Waste of time. I also drove 35min just to get there so it was even more frustrating. read more

So after a 2 here I decided to do a follow up review. I have been constantly impressed with the customer service of the staff and I honestly think maintenance this apt complex have gone above and beyond to meet our needs and expectations. The management for maintenance has been amazing in fixing the apartment of any little problem they might have. We can definitely count on them. We did have a couple request that needed to be check or fixed and they have been on top of it. Our AC went out on one hot day and Josh was here in mins to come and check on what was happening and also provided a portable AC since it was a weekend. He everything comfortable for us and went above and beyond to get the job done and must say that really impressed me. I have really felt more at home here than I have any other place. I love the events they do here and especially the Christmas events from food trucks to simply allowing everyone to wrap presents in the office with everything provided to the hot cocoa gift sets. It's the little things that make a home and the staff definitely make you feel like home. I give 5 stars because even the little things don't break my decision. We have a puppy that is more than a dog to me. The fact that I can walk him and feel safe is the best feeling ever. Bags and trash bins provided around every corner and dog park for my baby to play and run free is just a great feeling: the only thing I can say is there are moments where people don't pick up after their dogs but again you will never not see maintenance walking around cleaning up the complex. Thank you so much for making the first year as amazing and the second has been even better. We are blessed and feel like home! I love that the management company does events like the food trucks they have been bringing to the complex. Keep up the an amazing job. Kat has always been such a great person when helping with any questions we might have regarding parking, issues, or questions in general. Management has done something great. We appreciate everyone so much. I have definitely recommended this apartment complex to others and even have my brother living here which is nice. Thank you so much. Been in the army ,and finally got some leave time. Decided to hangout with a buddy I haven't seen in 8 months. We went to the pool to drink a couple cold ones and just talked with no one else in the pool! Someone decided to call a complaint on us ,and mind you we know we can't be in the pool pass 10:00 yet a cop showed up 9:50 saying we needed to leave. People that live are ridiculous so just be prepared. read more

Do not move here! At the time of move in, I provided the property with the move in damage check list. I listed every damage the property already had and how dirty it was upon move in. I finished off my lease and a year later after my move out date, they contacted me stating I owe over a thousand dollars in damages. Damages that I had stated in the check in sheet at the time of move in! They do not keep a records of that form and even though I have proof of the records by keeping a picture of the damage check in sheet and pictures with the date on it, they are still wanting me to pay for the damages that I DID NOT DO! This property is committing fraud. They will try to get money from you at the time of move out no matter what is provided to them. I stayed in contact with central billing to get this issue resolved and they told me they were pending a dispute. I didn't hear back from them so I had to constantly be calling back to get an update. They continued to tell me to give it another two months. A month later they have sent me over to collections and are now telling me that the amount has to be paid off since it is no longer with the property. To top it off, I have showed them all the proof through e-mail and they will respond saying they can not discuss the account through e-mail and it has be done through phone, just so you don't have proof of any communications with them. If you do not want to owe a lot of money at the time of move out for damages you did not do, I suggest you look elsewhere. read more

It is as good as it gets!  I am absolutely pleased by my apartment.  I moved here after retiring from the military, and chose stay here until i found a house to buy in the surrounding, area as this complex is nicely located. That was 2 years ago and i will definitely renew my lease as my 2 bedroom is plenty spacious for me and my lil fur baby.  It's quiet out here and still close to town.  The management staff has been more than helpful in assisting with my transition. It seems nice at first but save yourself time and money, do not move here. Front office staff is rude, Carlos specifically, no customer service skills at all especially for him to be an assistant manager. Except the maintenance crew, they are friendly. First issue is there is never any parking after 8 or 9 pm. I have to always leave my family's and friends houses by 8 just to get home to a parking. There's been multiple times I've been left with no parking, drove around for 45 min and had no other choice but to park in a fire lane and of course got towed, which was at my expense. I have a 4 year old so it's not very ideal to have to park across the whole complex at night or even outside of the complex down the highway access road. Super inconvenient and Unsafe. Not to mention I PAY RENT here. AND then they implemented this parking pass which doesn't allow guests inside the complex after 6 pm! The military gave me more freedom than that. So my boyfriend who is in the process of getting put on the lease had to park outside the gate and got his truck broken into. We informed the front desk staff and they could care less. He even said it would have happened if it was inside the gate. Hmmm ? And then when asked about the cameras he said they'd didn't work. So what's the point in having them? At least have the courtesy the let residence know cameras are inoperable that way we don't have a false sense of security in a gated community. So I'd highly suggest not to live here. this place is terrible. It falling apart and the water pressure is so bad and is always being shut off. The parking situation is terrible. be ready for a curfew because anyone guest will get towed at 8:00. I've seen tow truck pulling a car out at 8:05 Courtesy officer never answers calls or anyone one in the office for that matter. All calls go to a answering service off site that can't answer any question. Don't even bother washing you unless you have a garage because the only place that actually has grass is in the front. I know I reviewed earlier but i just cannot recommend this place as there is no follow up actions to anything. The office is difficult to get into touch with. After several emails and phone calls and voicemails left no one will get back to me about this 75$ compliance charge they are trying to charge me for when i sent in everything needed and when i did reach someone in the past they said to just not pay it and they will send in a review. It has been 3 months and now i am forced to pay the charge to pay rent. This place is ran by nobody almost. What is the point of an email and phone number if you don't respond ever? read more

Great place to live but the service is terrible. I've called about many things and they take months to repair I am mad about this.

I've lived here with my husband for a year. We love the apartment and location however the parking situation is ridiculous. If you get home past 8:30 or 9 pm there are no spots available not even by the office outside of the gate. This is a daily issue. Last night I arrived at 11:15 pm and drove around till 11:50 pm hoping for a spot to open up. There was also 4 other cars looking for a spot as well during this time. With no spots open, gas wasting and almost falling asleep at the wheel I parked on a fire lane. Yes that's how bad it gets. People run the risk of getting towed to just have somewhere to park. I called this morning to let them know. I spoke to Jennifer and she said it's first come first serve. For residents to pay so much rent and not even have guaranteed spots is ridiculous especially for people who work late and have no choice. We should have to be forced to arrive home early and stay in just to have a spot. I asked her if there was a solution she basically said they ordered permits but had already explained that unfortunately they can't guarantee residents a parking spot as there is not enough spots and it is first come first serve. So I really don't see how permits will resolve anything. She was not apologetic and didn't seem to really care that this is an ongoing issue. Please don't move here, unless you want to pay almost $2000 a month to get towed. read more

Parking is still bad even with the stickers, dog poop everywhere, water gets cut every week management is rude they can careless I waited 3 hrs for a parking spot cause I got towed last time management could care less, I pay 1400 a month for not being able to get in my apartment when I want to. Lived here for less than a year, and I already am fed up. From lost documents by management at move in that delayed us from being able to get into our mail box for a week, and now not getting straight answers from management. The parking here is horrendous and all they have done so far is pass out parking permit stickers, which does nothing for parking if there is already not enough spots for everyone who lives here. Also, what about when guest come by? I would like to know I can have family visit without the fear of them being towed at their own expense. We have been trying to get a garage in our apartment only to be told numerous times there aren't any spaces and there also is no wait list. Well come to find out today our neighbor has fully moved out and the garage we have been calling on has been rented out to someone else- that person advised to us that they had been placed on a waitlist and were able to get the garage when it opened up. So how come I have been calling and advised by Carlos and Derrick I could not be put on a wait list? Unsure if this is a training opportunity for those working in the front office, but it is very discouraging and makes my view on this complex even less. Furthermore, the car wash they advertise on their website as an amenity has not worked since I've lived here, can't say when that started. I am not feeling very optimistic that any changes will be made to make living here more satisfactory and comfortable. read more

Save your money, It's not worth it. New management is the same as the last staff. Rude. never return calls. No water pressure, The water gets cut off. The staff never answer's the phone or return messages. Never any parking. Beware of a vehicle that drives around waiting for you to park illegally so they can tow you. The sprinkles come on, don't know why no grass, just rocks and dirt. read more

We moved a few weeks ago and have loved it! While everything is hectic due to the pandemic, the management team makes it a goal to be sure everyone's needs are met. They have been as helpful as possible the whole way through our move in process and the pandemic from being sure the property is clean, to contacting us before they make any changes. Derek in the office was especially helpful and made sure we understood the move in process and that we were taken care of from the very first time we visited. The property manager, Ally, was also a positive outlook on how the complex worked and made sure we got all of our paperwork in and handled correctly. We are thankful to have found such a great place to live, finally! read more

We have lived here for many years and changing management companies from the previous one (which was awesome also) was uncomfortable at first but the short time we have been here with CWS, I have to say its been a pleasant experience. The team is helpful and informative. The transition was seamless. Unfortunately, we are leaving due to our growing family but if you want a great experience and want to feel well taken care of as a tenant, lease at Marquis or any other CWS community.
