Everyone is always very kind and has loving souls. The manager is Carol Lee. She is sweet and very willing to take care of anything needed with the apartment and property. Anyone who knows me, knows we have recommended 71 to every single person we hear is looking for a place to live. They were always great at communicating or responding to communications or any requests we had. Whenever something needed to be fixed or looked at they would communicate their gameplan and many times had resolutions that day or the following day. This place is new and has great amenities as well as being directly across from Tulsa Hills shopping center. It's at MOST a 15-20 minute drive to just about anywhere in Tulsa, Bixby, Broken Arrow, and Jenks and is very well located. The only reason my wife and I moved was because we had the awesome opportunity to purchase a home in Tulsa. If not for that, we both fully agree that we could live at 71 for years! If anyone is looking for a great, new, well taken care of apartment complex, this would be the place. The cherry on top of course is the absolutely excellent service of the entire 71 team. JD and Dustin really helped me feel comfortable with my big move, and being new to the area. When I initially came in to tour the apartments they were super kind, sweet and very informative. They helped me get all set up and JD kept in contact with me while I went back to California to "close up shop". They both went above and beyond. Dustin is a ray of sunshine with the most friendliest smile! He has helped me recently figure out the speakers in the gym and the propane timer on the BBQ. He's very helpful! Eddie from maintenance helped me when we first moved in. He was great! It's like all Eddie has to do is walk in your door and everything is fixed and you are good to go! Eddie is very friendly too! I've recently met Brielle and she's amazing and friendly as well! I feel very blessed to live here. We love our apartment, and feel very safe....and it's been a pure joy living here so far. The maintenance staff is amazing and care about the residents. the apartments are quite spacious (I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath), the kitchen is gorgeous and the amenities are also amazing; hot tub and pool with a propane grill, rather large gym with lots of equipment, dog park, kids playground, volleyball court, garden center and fire pit. I literally couldn't ask for anything more.
