We recently got new management and they have been a JOY to have, as they genuinely feel like advocates for the people who live here. Work orders are tended to quickly and problems get fixed promptly. Just kind people who want you to enjoy your experience at Brio. There are lots of complaints about hearing neighbors-- just want to address the fact that you will encounter this problem with any place you are sharing walls with people. Perhaps consider a top floor unit if it bothers you enough to rate an apartment complex poorly because of noise.

There are conveniences such as a roof top bar and restaurant in the building as well as a cycle bar right below. Any item I needed help the team was quick to action. All in all if you're new in town looking for somewhere to stay and a team to work with the 1515 Lofts team is the one I recommend. However recently when I want them to take care of something in my apartment they never get back to me. I called about my carpet, some paint that they put on my wall, and more. It is just useless. Great Apartment Complex with Super Nice Neighbors…read more I moved into Redbud Ranch in the middle of January. The apartment was spotless without any issues at all. Corine was amazing to work with and although the unit I wanted wasn't available initially it became available a few days after I signed a lease before move in, and she promptly let me know. I have yet to hear any noice from my next door neighbors. I love having the grills to use which I do quite often and can't wait to use the pool. I already enjoyed the fire pit one night where I met other very nice neighbors. The apartment was spacious and I am so excited to have a full size washer and dryer fit with nice extra room. Internet set up was a breeze! Having the main office area with a printer to use at no charge is amazing, not to mention the cookies and Hershey kisses. Every time I go into the office I am greeted with a smile and a warm Oklahoma welcome. I could go on and on, but I think you get the picture. I definitely recommend Redbud ranch for a lovely apartment rental.

We got a really great deal on a 2 bedroom apartment and have loved living here. When we moved in, we got new countertops, a new microwave, and new carpet. The tile is a little outdated (not old...just outdated looking) and the dishwasher and refrigerator could use an upgrade, but overall everything is in great shape. I was worried that our rent would be going up quite a bit upon renewal, because apartment complexes tend to do that, but we just got our notification and it is only going up 20 dollars a month.
