My husband had contacted several videographers in the area and they were all booked, but thankfully when he contacted Rusty he had just had a cancellation and so we booked him immediately! I was so amazed at the job that he did! Our wedding video was put together so well. My husband and I were completely blown away! Even family that saw it said what a great job that Rusty did. Afterward he even sent us a link of some photos that we could purchase as well. They were some of the best photos that even our photographer didn't capture. I highly recommend Rusty for any upcoming celebration that you would like to capture for eternity. We received several DVDs and even Blu-Ray discs of our wedding and reception. First things first. This was an Indian wedding and we needed Indian music. They can't do Indian…read moremusic. If you want it then you need to provide them with a list of songs. This was my biggest mistake because I thought I would be able to get a comprehensive list together, but I wasn't able to. So the Indian music was lacking. In the middle of the reception, Michael walks over to our sweetheart table and asked me, the bride, what was supposed to be happening at that moment! I had given them documents of the order of things for that very reason and we had a planner. Obviously, I would have problems remembering off the top of my head what was next. I told him the wrong thing and we had to awkwardly go back and do some things we skipped over. That was very bad form for a DJ. The DJ, Michael, would yell out things like "Saturday nights" during the dance music which obviously is not the right vibe for a wedding. He did not read the crowd well and played songs for too long when everyone was tired of it and not dancing anymore. The photobooth was not set up correctly. When Joe and I spoke about it on the phone, he said there would be 10 feet of space that the photobooth would capture but they had it set up so that there was only like 6 feet. I remember this because after I got the measurements from him, I tried to get a floral backdrop that was as wide at the picture would be able to get. I couldn't get anything bigger than an 8ft wide wall but even that wasn't fully captured. The guy monitoring the photobooth was very rude and badly behaved. He was having the time of his life (which we got in our videos) and gave me attitude about how we were still taking pictures at the end of the night. Given these issues, I would say how much we paid made sense because they were on the cheaper side (compared to Indian DJs). The uplighting made the ballroom look great. We said pink uplighting but it came out purple which worked out. I have a before and after attached of the ballroom.

A friend of mine is having an Indian wedding so I accompanied her to this place. It's a family owned business and the owners are VERY friendly & accommodating. They have a bunch of samples of their decor all around the store which is great so that you can visually see the variety of decor that they have. What I liked best was that the owner had a TV setup with examples of various setups they had done. It gave a great insight on what could be done with what they have. The couple that own the place are very enthusiastic about what they do and I feel like that makes a great difference. The pricing is extremely fair. It's not too high, nor too low. I like that they didn't suggest adding things simply to make more money. They did suggest adding a few elements, but when asked if it would affect the quote they gave they said no and explained that they have "package" deals and adding things doesn't affect the package as a whole. It was evident that they were more interested in giving customers what they want rather than making money. They seem very pleasant to work with and I'd highly recommend them!

He was kind and welcoming and very sweet. He listened to everything we asked and although we did not have an official final dance he made sure we got the last song we requested as a nice moment for just the two of us while others were setting up the grand exit. It was a great experience that I was so happy with overall.
