All I have to say is that this concept is the best thing ever. Having a mechanic come to you and fix the problem and you get back on your way, what more can you ask for? I walked out of Starbucks today to my car that now all of a sudden was making a very load noise from the rear driver wheel. I took some time to try to figure it out, and it appeared that some pipe that connected my wheel was now no longer connected. So I called Eddie (I've had several family members refer me to him in the past but I never got around to using him). He asked to send pics so I did and he told me to open a ticket with the receptionist Andrea. I did. They called me back, we talked a little more and they sent someone out. The tech called me and said he'd be there in 30 minutes, he was there in 10 minutes. He reassured me that he was going to get me up and going in no time. I was waiting because if you are telling me that I don't have to go to get a tow (by the way the wheel was bent inward so the car could not move) and then wait for a mechanic to get back to me in a day or two because there was other cars in front of me and hope that the mechanic doesn't lie to me like they have in the past, I want to see this. About 2, maybe 3 hours later at most, I was back on the road again. He diagnosed my issue, some bolt on the upper arm control was missing (I have a Volvo XC90) and something else I can't fully remember. I believe he had 2 or 3 of the parts on this truck, but one piece he did not. I think it was the bolt. He reached out the the dealer and it was too much money and then I think he said one place said it would take a few days to get. He got in his truck and assured me that he would find the part. 30 minutes later he had it. 30 minutes thereafter the car was ready. He constantly assured me throughout the process that this was not a problem and that he could fix it. I liked that a lot and really wanted to see this. He also gave me many details throughout, and especially at the end. I ask a lot of questions. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Again I think the total time was 2 hours, 3 hours tops, and that's from the phone call to driving away with a fixed car. I felt like the mechanic, he was honest and the turn around time was unbelievable. For a fact I know that if I could have towed it somewhere (there was a mechanic shop in the shopping center where I was at) they wouldn't be able to get to me and get it fixed so quickly. Plus I felt like the price was honest. I didn't even question it. Anywhere else it would have been different. I can't think of any point of time in my life in which a mechanic did not either overcharge or lied to me prior to today. It really feels good to know that finally my car was worked on by an honest mechanic with a fair price after 20 years of driving. Thank you Eddie and Andrea for your professionalism and courtesy, but, especially the mechanic (unfortunately I don't recall his name). He deserves many, many kudos and the company should do whatever they can to keep guys like him onboard. And for any company nowadays that doesn't have this type of mobile service, its time to get onboard. The days of dropping your car off and long waits are over. read more

May 09.2018 O star. Fraud is against the law.. Prince George's County small claim court. Allows individuals to file small claims up to $5000 dollars... I will say this about my review. If you have people on your staff. Who are charging people to repair their vechicles. And are not repairing them , but charging for those services not preformed. IT IS CONSIDERED FRAUD.. i am not wasting time. With these folks. I will use small claims court. So you frauded me out of $240.00 for work not done.. However. PG.Courts pay up to $5000 in small claims court.. For fraudulent repairs..THATS JUST BAD BUSINESS.. Be careful with the tech name Marc.. He is a sneaky tech. Starter was showing signs of failure.. Marc said it was a wire that was disconnected. And charged me $240.00 the cost of the starter.. The warranty for this work is without doubt still under its effective date. A promised resolve was given . but not lived up two.. My car has been in the driveway for two weeks now. Last week they sent Carmon out. Who quickly verbally charged me $125.00 to do work that was supposed to be done on the initial service date. He wanted to charge me$125.00 for changing a battery post..NOT TO MENTION..he was to work out the new starter that i paid for in the beginning of these services..its May 11.2018.. After i sent the intent to sue you email EDDIE.L. Manager.. Promised he would come by to" make sure we keep your business.. Its saturday. And one call. No show... Kool see you in court.. $240.. Was a easy fix. Now pay me $5000. Plus they have a business licenses.. Close them down. Fraud can also be filed against the person who committed the crime... Marc..boy yall mess with the wrong Mofo. You can trust them to cheat you..$.1.041.00 waa spent on repairing my car. A alternator.( not needed) driver side window motor. And as Marc said. He found a. Disconnected wire and connected it to make it start.and charged the same price as the starter would cost. $240.00........Invoice took three weeks to get... Now Eddie says no one name Marc works there.. Even the invoice is not signed.....WATCH OUT FOR THESE CLOWNS..I have added pictures to show the public, you better off calling those bruhs from the parking lot at AUTO ZONE....law school is a great thing.... read more

THIS HAS BEEN AND STILL IS THE BEST MECHANIC SERVICE I'VE EVER USED! As I read some of the lesser reviews, I'm a little sad that othrs had an opposite experience from mine... I've called on Eddie several times over the past 15 years and was pleased with the concept, customer service, and expertise then and now. I hadn't owned a vehicle in the past 7-8 years and in the last year, started back driving. The fuel pump went out on my vehicle on my way to work DURING THIS PANDEMIC. By chance, I happened upon MARS2CARS from a Google search and wondered was it the same, and loe and behold it was Eddie that showed up, timely! It was great to see him, to see how his business had expanded and the reassurance that came from my previous experience with this company made it easy for me to go to work, while the work was being done! Although Eddie couldn't do the work himself, he found me a technician, followed up on the job AND addressed the concern that I had about the job more than satisfactorily. They always say Millennials are impatient. We want things right then, right there, right now and even though I can't speak for all Millennials that's exactly how I am. Eddie met all my expectations! I called, he answered and within the hour Eddie was available in front of my apartment building rescuing my beautiful car Braxton and fitting him with new brakes. He was efficient courteous professional and even gave me advice. I don't know what else to say but super duper thank you to Mars2Cars for rescuing me!! It was so embarrassing stopping at a red light or the street sign and hearing your car screeching with pedestrians just staring at me. Now I don't have that problem. Braxton is back in shape and ready to roll. I highly recommend Mars2Cars their mobile mechanics are ASI certified so you can trust them with your vehicle most importantly they stick around and encourage you to share with them any concerns you may have and refuse to leave until you as a customer are 100% satisfied. We have never had to call roadside assistance before so this experience was the most remarkable. I returned from a 4 week trip and my husband was picking me up from the airport. As he pulled up to the terminal to pickup me up i saw his front right wheel was smoking. We pulled into the gas station at the airport. I called Mars 2 Cars and explained what was going. They were very personable, so i was able to let them know it was hot (95 degrees) and i had my dog with me. It was on a Saturday afternoon one of their most busiest days. They immediately dispatched a tech within 45 mins to help us. A guy name Eddie called to get our location and he came. We learned that it was his day off but realized the company needed help because of the amount of calls that were coming in for assistance. He was very knowledgeable and resolved our problem expeditiously. We were back on the road with no issues. Love this company!!!!! Reasonable costs; expert and quality service; fast turnaround. The screw on my battery broke and my car would not start. I found Mars2Cars online and within minutes of me calling them, they were en route to my home. Eddie arrived and quickly fixed the issue. He noticed that the battery post was loose as well and recommended replacing the entire battery. He wasn't pushy or trying to "sell" me on the battery. He told me when I was ready, just call and he would put half the payment I made to fix the screw, towards the battery replacement. I called the next day to have the battery replaced. Awesome! Awesome! and another Awesome!. The battery died in my SUV yesterday and I called Triple A and they sent somebody out and he kept telling me it was my starter, really, I have a 2015 Chevy Tahoe. So I googled mobile mechanics and Mars2Cars popped up and the thing that attracted me to them was that their mechanics are certified. Eddie came by today, on-time, and conducted himself in a very professional manner. He diagnosed the problem which was the battery and recommended that I could have him jump the car or replace the battery. I am so happy I did not have to get towed to a shop and pay a lot of fees. Save your money. They charged me 85.00 to do a diagnostic on why my door wouldn't close (which didn't need a diagnosis...clearly the door just wouldn't latch on) then overcharged me. I don't trust any mechanic but they were horrible and they didn't even give me a print out of the parts I needed and the cost. How do you charge someone for diagnostic and then don't give them a print out why it's so expensive. I tried calling them multiple times and they never followed back up. Waste of time and money. Nothing was accomplished I ended up paying another mechanic to come out and fix the issue smh read more

I just went on google and put in mobile mechanics and few of them came up. I called the others but I would've had to wait until Monday. Mar2Cars got to me in 45 mins with the part in hand and only took 40 mins to fix my car. I was also able to use my extended warranty and only had to come out of pocket with my $100 deductible. I've been having an issue for almost a month where I couldn't drive my car. Luckily, I found Mars 2 Cars and they came out the very next day and fixed my Maserati very quickly. Price was as advertised and much more affordable than any other mechanic, with the added incentive that my car was sitting in my driveway and didn't have to move another mile for a 5 star repair.
