Service Provider Response This was a completely false charge by this person. Not one of her charges is true. The felt paper was new.it was not dirty nor was it moldy. The Sales tax was charged on Material only. She did not try to contact me instead when my worker showed up on time she threw him off the job He told her that he would be glad to get another roll of felt paper, she told him not to bother. She was tired of no communication. This is not true. I talked to her the day before several times!! When my worker called me and told me what had occurred I was very confused by her actions. I think this lady may need some help.

After installer arrived and started laying flooring without even sweeping staples and construction dirt I called our sales person who literally said," I'm not paying an installer to prep your floor!" Yet I was never given any instructions or advice about prepping. I literally cleaned the subfloor right in front of the guy laying the planks moving as fast as I could. Sales person ( Mgr) never called to check on this two day job. Never checked to see how the job looked or anything. Crickets. Definitely not recommending Weber to anyone.
