My initial contact was met with a person (I believe Dawson) who acted as though I was a burden for even entering the store. When I spoke with another associate (I believe Ricky) and mentioned the slow leak, he immediately went negative and said he couldn't fix the tire and that I would have to purchase new tires. Rather than argue, I decided to go to Les Schwab for the repair where they quickly and courteously repaired the tire at NO charge. It's unfortunate that a few employees with zero regard for customer service can be allowed to destroy a once good company.
