When you get to their office, you see an dog in there! (made me wonder if I was in the right place) Fly (the dogs name) hangs out there as the office pet. Very sweet pup. I know doctors offices are behind because of patents or insurance issues so that was my only minor complaint. I was about 20 min behind schedule. Not bad for a doctors office at all. The doctor was VERY nice and attentive to what my needs were and my overall health. She was informative and kind. Turns out, she went to school with my old family pract before he moved away. A nice small world surprise. They have a nice practice, clean building, and great staff. Give her a shot if you like in Cypress. She is now my families doctor. Thanks Dr. Patel!

I get frequent blood draws for INR at a lab and without fail, I…read moreget a call the next day from one of the nurses with the result and any needed adjustment to my medication and when to repeat the test. If I get to the lab and my standing order has expired, I can call the office and usually within 5 minutes the office sends the lab a new standing order. I seldom have to wait more than 10 minutes past my appointment time. There has been one instance when Dr. Tawa was called to the hospital for an emergency and I had to reschedule the appointment, but that was understandable. My favorite saying is if all doctor's offices ran this well, people would enjoy going to their doctor!

I have very large arms and they struggled to find a blood pressure. They kept trying regardless of the fact that I was in pain. I had rope burn like marks on my arm when I got home. They were kind enough, but tortured me nonetheless. Today I had an echocardiogram scheduled to be followed immediately by a consult with results with the PA. I finished the echo and was put in a TINY exam room. FORTY minutes passed and no one came in. I stick my head out and was assured I was not forgotten. After an hour in the tiny, warm room, the PA finally showed up. This was NOT a consult with results. It was truly pointless. I am stunned that I waited for it. She offered literally no new information. When it was time to leave they informed me I owed $330 for today's visit. I was furious.

The office manager Cheryl was great and made scheduling an appointment a breeze. The office waiting area was great and even had a play area for my 4 year old son, and Dr. Phan was great and I felt really listened to my concerns. My only complaint was that they were so busy I had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time to see the doctor. Overall, though , great experience highly recommend!
