She called me an hour after their stated hours to tell me my car was ready. I called back seven times (10 seconds after her call) to find out when they were actually closing, as it's a 30 min ride from my house. They will not answer the phones after stated hours. My car ended up staying overnight because I couldn't pay for an uber out and back if they weren't going to be there. If you are keeping peoples cars past closing time, you need to answer the phones after you call for pickup. It's not ok to leave people without a car overnight!

A couple weeks ago I purchased a Tesla Y panoramic glass roof from Sunroof Express. Sunroof Express…read morerecommended American auto glass for the installation. I live in tradition and would have never come up this far to have the panoramic glass top installed unless referred by Sunroof Express. The installer and the owner of the company of American auto glass, John R. Hall advised me he removed spacers from the panoramic glass roof in order to make it fit better. In speaking with Tesla and doing further research, I learned that the spacers are there strategically engineered to absorb impact to prevent cracking and breakage of the top and should never be removed. I called Sunroof Express, and requested a full refund for the panoramic glass roof of which they refunded me however they will not refund me for the installation of the glass panel which is $550. My consolation today was John said if the glass panel leaks, or I hear air, he will warranty the labor. I asked him if he would warranty the labor due to a crack in the panoramic glass due to poor installation and he said no! Essentially, what happened is the installer, John R. Hall owner of American auto glass has ruined the glass panoramic panel and I must now go to Tesla and have it installed properly and pay for installation charges again! Adding fuel to the fire Christine said yesterday on the phone they would refund the labor cost of $550 but upon arriving today, John R. Hall made it clear that was not going to happen. Steer clear of this company they're unethical and have a problem with the truth and technical installs.

They called me and set up the appointment for drop off. They also worked to squeeze me in, since they were pretty booked up. When I arrived the lady at the counter was super nice and explained everything to me. They signed me up for text notifications but they are not accurate. I think they over estimate the day it's ready so you are not upset if it would take longer. A gentleman called me once to update me that the car "was in line for painting", and it was ready 2 days later. My car looked good as new. I then encountered Timothy Guiles, the Appraiser, who was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. He called periodically to give me updates and let me know what stage the repairs were, which gave me reassurance. When my car was ready and I saw my vehicle, I was BEYOND impressed. My car looked like it never was in an accident! And although my car is almost 10 years old, you would never know the left side of the car was newly painted, that is how incredible they were with paint matching. The entire process Gerber Collision was extremely efficient. And everyone there, made the entire process very smooth. No one ever wants to have to go through being involved in an accident, but I will say Gerber Collision made me forget that part of it.
