Yes the Dr layed a flap and did a stitch that constituted that charge but I feel that we were overcharged for that service ! It was almost 500 dollars And I found his office to be very unprofessional and the Dr and arrogant guy. Scott Studerus himself is more like an arrogant used car salesman trying to upsell procedures I did not need. He was far more concerned with the esthetics of my teeth and smile that I never expressed concerns with. He pointed out tiny harmless flaws that I hadn't even considered to be bringing down my overall appearance and commented about how my age has changed my teeth so they are not as pretty as they were when I was 19. Are you kidding me? I was there for a cleaning and X-rays. They also used advanced imaging procedures that I didn't even understand were happening, that my insurance wouldn't pay for and I was left with a hefty bill. I very much recommend finding a better dentist.
