Everyone we've interfaced with so far has been so kind and you just get a feeling they care about their patients. We were able to get caught up on new x rays and fillings within just a couple of weeks with Dr. Travis Hackney- who was so quick, yet very conscientious- no pain at all. And because we are close by we got in for cleanings super quickly when other patients had to reschedule. The dental hygeinest, Crystal, was so nice, thorough, and non-judgemental. She gave us great tips to keep up our hygiene regimen and avoid future problems. The office staff are lovely, and have been consistently great in explaining what our insurance covers and giving us accurate estimates ahead of time. I couldn't be happier with our new local dentist. i came here for my first dental appointment since the pre-covid days, and i was not disappointed!…read morethey were booking out a few weeks from when i called, but when the time came for my appointment, all went smoothly. they do take your temperature when you arrive, and masks are required. the waiting room is clean, comfortable, and modern. i saw a complimentary snack/beverage bar (that i didn't use but i was thinking about it!) and a small room just off the lobby that looked like it had kids' toys in it. i filled out some forms and was taken back to the most comfortable dentist chair i've ever sat in! i was given freshly-washed sunglasses to protect against all the lights when you're lying back with your mouth open, and there was a tv playing some relaxing footage. they took x-rays first before bringing me back to the exam room, my cleaning was done first by a hygienist, and it was extremely thorough. she really took her time and explained to me what she was doing at every stage. then, the doctor came in for the exam. dr. ho was very friendly and also thorough, explaining what he was seeing and making sure i felt comfortable. everyone was so genuinely friendly in this office! i will absolutely be returning regularly. they also offer free whitening kits with regular (6 month) cleanings. i'm not someone who is typically afraid of the dentist, but i can't imagine anyone having a less than stellar experience with the staff and amenities here.
