I was thoroughly impressed by the customer service. I was warmly greeted as soon as I walked in and was promptly helped. The quote I received from Precision was not only the best rate out of three quotes, they let me know that the repair could be completed within 24 hours! The other two joints said it would be at least a week and one said they'd have to send it out to the Bay Area for the repair. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision Diamonds & Jewelry to anyone needing fine jewelry repaired. The ring was repaired so well that it looked like it did when it was brand new.
