Anybody can make a mistake, but it's how it is handled that shows the character. I experienced an issue with a recent service visit. I was personally offended and my trust and faith were broken. But the service department, staff, and everybody involved was quick to rebuild our relationship and go above and beyond to make it right. I am very grateful that this company is a member of my community, and that I am able to continue business with them. Finding a mechanic you can trust is almost as hard as finding a doctor you can trust. They are both in it for profit, so it is difficult to question the advice. But my trust and faith is restored, and I would offer them a chance at my business any day. Thank you again for your help keeping my Yamaha V star riding nice and smooth

They gave me my bike back damaged, and tried to pass it off to me as if I wouldn't have noticed. Getting them to fix their mistakes was not an easy task.

I tried to rent a golf cart for a 4 day event at the Kentucky horse park. I had to call them…read moremultiple times to get an invoice even emailed, their claim was their email was not sending it to their inbox and was sending everything to their spam account. The invoice was sent and paid 11 days before the rental with a receipt. They TOOK THE MONEY and made an agreement on paper. I showed up on the day of the rental and the gate was closed and no one was answering the phone. Every time you tried and call you get a pre recorded message about delays due to short staffing and then it sends you to voicemail. I emailed Bobbie about being at their gate. She did get back to me within 10 mins stating, I didn't have a rental. She claimed they called and emailed and didn't hear back from me and moved on. Triple crown took my money 11 days prior, never sent a refund or even try to contact me. I sent Bobbie the receipt that she had sent me in an email along with three other follow up emails about trying to get this resolved just to get no response. No phone call, nothing from them. I would never recommend anybody to this company due to the blatant terrible customer service.

I delivered a load to this business and despite the poor location and no shipping facilities to speak of, everyone there was incredibly polite and accommodating. This makes up for everything the physical facility lacks and I'm guessing that if they treated a trucker this well, they must really take great care of their customers.

I called Joe Hill's Powersports & Equipment at 10 AM on 1/4/2020 and 1PM on the same day they delivered me a fully installed and setup Green Mountain Grill at a great price and small delivery fee! I have repeatedly reached out to All Terrain Power Sports by text/calls regarding issues with a…read more2011 Polaris Ranger I purchased from them on December 20th 2018. 2 Days after I paid cash for the machine on December 22nd the driver side fuel injector went bad and I called the owner. He would not answer my calls but had a tech call me to figure out the problem and after a few texts back and forth we settled on me picking a new fuel injector up which I did, and installing it myself, which I did, based on the owners word he would reimburse me ($105.99). Their web site advertises they have a 90-day warranty. Right now, it is going on 7 weeks with no reimbursement and continual promises the check is in the mail. But really the most pressing issue is the title to the machine. I still have not received that. I'm told one fault of mine is I trust people and work mostly off of handshakes. When I paid them cash for the machine the owner assured me he would have the title to me in a week or so because he had to file for a lost title. I have become increasingly concerned with their lack of attention to these 2 matters. I still after 7 weeks don't have a firm date when I can expect to receive the title and I have given up on the reimbursement promised and any 90-day warranty.

Finally a place where you will find a quality and stylish gear and clothing. They carry Bell helmets, which makes the ONLY store in the area that has them in stock and you can actually try the sizes on!! The store itself is beautiful and I already purchased some cool posters.
