We've had many water leaks over the years, the roofing company that did it 10 years ago did not do a number of things correctly and are now out of business so we really wanted to get it right this time. I've had several roofers do work for us in the past and they all talk a good game initially but are generally okay to sketchy at best when it comes to getting the work done. Christian Roofing sets a new standard of Excellence in my opinion. From Johnny the estimator who is super friendly, professional and so knowledgeable he helped guide us into the proper roof that will not leak even if there's some ponding. The front office was spot on with Billing incrementally at the correct times and always there for any questions. Finally the crew including Juan Valdez, Alfonso, and their team were as professional and courteous as they come. They showed up every day at exactly the time scheduled and worked through extreme heat and humidity always keeping a positive can do attitude. They offered to cover things inside the house as needed and at the end of every day I received an email explaining exactly what they did that day with before and after pictures. Who does this? They even put a porta potty by the house so they didn't need to use our restrooms and the crew could remain on site for their lunches again next level. There was also some complex coordination with the patio company that would be building a patio and attaching to the edge of the new roof and they handled it flawlessly. I also threw a few curve balls at them during the project including having an old solar tube replaced and some damaged flashing outside of the work area repaired and again the response was no problem, the change order was written and it was done. I rarely write reviews but their service was so exceptional I had to do so here. If you want the best go with Christian roofing and you won't be sorry.

What impressed me most was that he worked right alongside his crew every day and appeared to work just as hard as anyone on the team. The crew consistently arrived just before 7:00 AM, but never started work early out of consideration for us and our neighbors. They were dependable, communicative, and showed up exactly when they said they would. Another thing that really stood out was how clean and organized they kept the job site. At the end of each day, they thoroughly cleaned the area around our home, swept the sidewalks, and carefully searched for nails and debris. Chris was also very accurate and honest with his estimates. He explained upfront that any damaged wood replacement would be additional because it's impossible to know the extent of hidden damage ahead of time. In our case, there was a significant amount of dry rot and insect damage, but all of the extra woodwork still came in well within the estimated range he had provided.
